This first floor apartment features a fully updated kitchen, laundry machines, a Queen Bedroom, Twin Bedroom, and a Queen Sized Pullout couch in the living area. This unit can accommodate up to five guests making it the perfect home base for your next trip to Tampa Bay!



There were no details spared in the recent renovation of this historic flat. In the open concept living space you'll find a comfortable Queen Sized Pullout Couch and Samsung Frame Smart TV ready for you to entertain! The kitchen is complete with new stainless steel appliances, a Brita water filter and a Keurig Coffee station stocked with a complimentary starter supply of coffee. The primary bedroom features a Queen Sized Bed and plenty of storage space for you to settle in. Just outside the upgraded bathroom you'll find brand new compact laundry machines stocked with a starter supply of laundry soap and dryer sheets!

Guest Access:

Guests will receive a 6-digit access code that opens the door to unit. Guests will also receive a 4 digit access code to the building.



The Neighborhood:

Hyde Park is a centrally located, historic district loved by locals and visitors alike. Bayshore Boulevard is right outside your doorstep, known as one of the longest continuous sidewalks in the United States! Bayshore Boulevard is 4.5 miles of scenic views and outdoor exercise equipment paralleling Tampa Bay. Hyde Park Village is an outdoor shopping mall just a 5 minute walk away with dining, shopping and various pop-up events! A variety of parks, Downtown Tampa and the Tampa International Airport are all a 10 minute drive away or less!



Some of our teams' favorite nearby hotspots include Armature Works, Tampa Riverwalk, Sparkman Wharf, Hyde Park Village, SoHo District, Ybor City & Downtown Tampa!



Getting Around:

Hyde Park is a very walkable neighborhood but there are self-service bicycles available for rent on Bayshore Boulevard. There are also electric scooters for rent in the area via any of the scooter rental apps. (Bird, Uber, Lime, etc.) If you are planning on exploring the Tampa Bay Area, there are many car rental storefronts at the airport and in the surrounding area! Tampa has a plethora of street parking, garage parking and pay by app parking.



Other Things to Note:

- PETS: We allow 2 pets per apartment. Our pet fee is $50/pet. We expect all owners to pick up after their pets and supply their own waste bags. Any damages caused by your animal will result in additional fees.

- SMOKING: smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit and on the property grounds. Smoking will result in a $500 fine.

- Please note that there are long term tenants that reside on this property and some do have pets.

- Pull Out Bed Sheets are located in the built-in shelves next to the laundry machines.
