1,400 sq ft cottage with 4 bedrooms on 1 acre of land with 150 ft lake frontage located next to 1,000 acres of Crown land. Quiet, private, and peaceful setting on a small spring-fed lake. Great sunsets!

The cottage includes A 4 piece bathroom, a two 2 piece bathroom and a 2nd 2 piece master en-suite ad. Enjoy the outdoor cedar shower with both hot and cold water. Water comes from a drilled well 120 feet down and not from the lake so water is clean and at city-like pressure.

The kitchen is modern with a full-size fridge, stove and dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Center island kitchen with double sink. The living room has a pull-out couch and stone accent behind the wood-burning stove. The main bedroom and second bedroom have been renovated with warm white stone and wood accent walls.

Outdoors there is a fixed dock that leads to a floating dock 16 ft x 16 ft with a ladder. There is also a screened-in octagonal gazebo with lounge chair and electrical outlet.

In addition, there is a recreation room with an additional fridge, 2 sofas, 65" TV, Fooseball table and table/chairs for games/cards.

Paddleboat and canoe are included. Please inquire about the rental of the pontoon boat. You must have a valid Ontario boating license to rent the motorized pontoon boat.

All kitchen utensils, pots, pans, plates, and glasses/cups that you would need are included to put together wonderful dinner gatherings. Weber BBQ with the backup tank just outside on a large 16 ft x 20 ft deck overlooking the lake and great for dinners watching the sunset. Good fishing for small and largemouth bass. Canoe (life vests and paddles) and Paddle Boat included. 20 feet of sandy shore and shallow water with a sandy bottom, great for toddlers and kids to play. If you are interested in renting the pontoon boat, we will send a separate contract for that. You must have a valid boat license to operate the pontoon boat. Fire pit neighborhood and cut firewood included nearby. For rainy weather, there is a 40” flat TV with surround sound, stereo, DVD player, and CD player included plus a selection of 100+ movies, 50+ CDs, and some board games. A second 65" TV is in the recreation room in the garage.
