In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 2, the maximum allowed occupancy is 6, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.

Updated in 2023, this Kiawah Island vacation rental features two bedrooms, a screened porch, and long lagoon views. This Turtle Cove Villa is just a 5-minute walk to the nearest beach.

Nestled in East Beach, this villa offers a one-story layout, beautiful hardwood flooring, and soft, coastal hues. In the living area, you will find comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and lagoon views. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and a spacious center island to entertain or prepare your vacation meals. The center island offers barstool seating as well. The dining area offers lagoon views, convenient access to the screened porch, and ample seating for your whole party

The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, stunning lagoon views, and a private full bathroom. The primary bathroom offers a double sink vanity and a beautiful glass, walk-in shower. The secondary bedroom is perfect for kids as it features a queen over queen bunk bed, a TV, and a nearby full bathroom.

With long lagoon views, the screened porch is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a meal al fresco!

The villa is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Great location. Very clean. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Plenty of towels. Comfortable bed and bedding. Lovely and cozy rear porch with a great view of the pond. Kitchen has everything we needed. Gear credit was a great perk!

Fantastic Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is spacious, appointed with top end fixtures and appliances and extremely clean. Everything was in perfect order and we had no issues when we arrived. The area is super quiet and we enjoyed having our morning coffee on the deck while watching nature on the pond. Also we appreciated the short walk to the beach. Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay and would recommend this location to others.

Sweet retreat in Kiawah

My husband and I spent a week at 4835 Turtle Cove, a first floor, two-bedroom apartment with a screened in porch. The apartment was very well outfitted with towels, clean linens, bathroom and kitchen supplies and a fully equipped kitchen. There was ample seating but the best seats in the house were on the screened in porch which had a terrific view of the pond and plenty of wildlife including birds (herons, hawks, blue birds, cardinals, fly catchers etc.), alligators, jumping fish accompanied by a chorus of different sounds throughout the day. We had a wonderful time.

Coastal but not kitschy

The condo was very nicely decorated. But more importantly, it was comfortable! I did have a little learning curve on the cool top but it didn’t take long. The view of the pond was nice. Everything was in order and there was plenty of dinnerware and cleaning products. We never did figure out the tv for getting live news but that was okay. I would definitely stay here again!

Quick getaway

Our family had an amazing time. Everything was perfect. Super clean and brand new. We loved the credit for rental equipment. It was great to have bikes and beach chairs delivered to the property and ready to go!

Nicely Renovated

Very impressed with the renovation. Kitchen was amazing. Fully stocked with everything you need. New washer and dryer! The beach is a lovely 5min walk or 2 min bike ride. Didn't use the enclosed porch (too humid and bugs, this was in August). Other things to note: 2 bedroom layout is great for families with older kids as the smaller room is located near the door and the king bedroom is in the back. Just something to consider if you have small kids. And due to the location near the lagoon, and the humid hot weather, there bugs constantly flying in the door making their way throughout property. Not sure if anything can be done about that. Overall it was a great stay!

Amazingly decorated with high end appliances and easy walk to the beach!

Our stay was top notch in every way! Easy walk to the beach, options to rent a cart for our gear (highly recommend), and the home was fresh and clean and newly decorated with high end appliances and decor. We also loved watching the alligators in the lake from the screened in porch!
