This home is spread across 2/3 levels. The front door is up a flight of outdoor stairs. Once inside the home, the kitchen, multiple living, dining and outdoor areas are on the first floor. The bedrooms and bathrooms are dispersed on the first floor also as well as upstairs. The movie room is downstairs, under the living space.

Outdoor Area and Location:

The outdoor area and spa provide an indulgent way to relax, unwind or entertain! With the fabulous views contributing to an undeniable sense of tranquility. The multiple deck areas showcase the definition of alfresco entertaining- grab a platter or whip up a barbeque with your loved ones and admire the Tahuna/Queenstown scenery.

This property is a quick 10 minute drive to Frankton shopping centers' where you will find an array of cafes, supermarkets and shops (as well as the airport). Queenstown Central is a 20 minute drive from the property, with views on every corner! Take in the surroundings whilst you tiki-tour around the peninsula.

Guests are sent their arrival instructions 48 hours prior to arrival.

- Interaction

We will be available to answer any questions you may have prior or during your stay. The Tahuna Team will also be on call for any urgent needs after 5 pm.

- Neighborhood

Kelvin Heights is a gorgeous and safe area located in Tahuna/Queenstown with views of Lake Whakatipu, Kawarau River, The Remarkables, Coronet Peak and the remaining surrounding hills all the way along the main road (Peninsula Road) and adjacent streets.

At the end of the road is also the well renowned 'Queenstown Golf Club' which sits proudly on the Kelvin Heights peninsula. This features public walkways and cycleways, lake front sculptures, local historic sites and a popular sheltered beach and boating area.

- Getting Around

This property is close to bus stops and has off-street and on-street parking available.

- Other things to note

This property is located within a residential area. Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a low level at all times, especially between 8pm - 8am.

As agreed by Queenstown Council, the following rules apply:

No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm - 8am.

All outdoor living areas must be vacated between the hours of 10pm - 7am.

The residents within the neighbourhood and the management company can call the council with a noise complaint if they have concerns between the hours of 10 pm - 7 am.

- Other things to note

The T&C's for staying at a Tahuna Hideaway will be sent to you before arrival.
