You can enjoy amazing view of Rockies from the patio or outdoor green space in the morning and get amazed by Aurora in the night.

Very little privacy

While the hosts were very accommodating and friendly the set up of the accommodation was not up to standardConsidering the VRBO ads on tv which indicate accommodation with privacy this did not meet the standard or else your TV ads are misleading The bedroom was upstairs but the bathroom was downstairs about 24 steps which by the time we found out it was too late to cancelUs being over the age of 80 and in need of toilet facilities during the night it was quite onerous To add to further lack of privacy we had to go through an area in which a person was sleeping to get to the stairsFurther more the bedroom door had no lock and a child came in twiceWhile the hosts were accommodating we could not eat our meals in privacy as we had to use the family kitchenThe bathroom lacked proper towels we were provided with two towels which actually come from a sports gym no other face towels were provided and we had to take our so called towel from the bedroom every time we needed to go to the bathroom I feel someone from VRBO needs to meet with these hosts and review the requirements for hostingBy the way the was a bathroom available upstairs but it was used by the person who was sleeping in the area we had to walk throughI would think that bathroom should have been made available for the guests and that person should use the downstairs bathroom when hosting
