Welcome to Waterloo. Your private furnished room (C) is clean, smaller, and nicely designed with cozy in floor heating it's own thermostat. You will enjoy the shared space in your apartment with 2 other renters, is located across from beautiful Waterloo Park directly Uptown, with your own private side entrance. Your room is a short walk to the Universities, Restaurants, Pubs, Coffee Shops, Grocery store, Library, Recreation Centre, CIGI, Perimeter Institute and LRT transit and more.

The home was built by Seagram's famous barrel-maker and just may be the best location in all Waterloo. Your apartment is recently renovated, lots of windows, shared (free) onsite laundry and ultra fast Wi-Fi.

There's a separate entrance to this designer apartment, and it has a fully outfitted kitchen with Fiesta dishware, pots, pans and utensils to be able to cook any food you want. And should you want to dine out, all uptown Waterloo, museum, universities, recreation centre, library, and rapid transit is accessible within a 3 minute walk.

Uptown Waterloo is the best neighbourhood in the city. Across the street from Waterloo Park is a wonderful community with all the amenities nearby, park, beach, library, recreation centre, light rapid transit (rail), universities, research institutes, employers nearby. All starting within about a 5 minute walk.

Our beautiful property is in the heart of Waterloo's Heritage District uptown (downtown) and was built by Seagram's original barrel-maker, one of the city's founders, in the best location possible, central to Waterloo's core Uptown, near 3 universities, 2 research institutes and a short LRT ride to our technology districts, surrounded by recreation centre, library, museum, restaurants, the Jazz room and much more.
