Great place to stay! There were 12 of us and plenty of room for all of us with a good amount of beds as well. Really easy to get into the house. Info was sent in emails and text. No need to check in with anyone. Highly recommend!

The home was perfect for our party of 14, and lots of room for more. It’s in a great neighborhood and very, very clean!! I’ve experienced too many rentals that look great in pictures and disappointed once I get there. This one is exactly how it looks in the pictures!!! Loved it and would definitely rent again!!

Sisters Weekend

The home was perfect for the 6 of us to hang out in, play games, laugh and enjoy our time together. Bedrooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and the home is beautifully decorated. Within 10-15 minute drive to downtown for a little shopping and great restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful Home and Area

This is a very clean home. The beds are comfortable and nice. Deanne is a wonderful host. There were outdoor games for the little ones and lots of sidewalk chalk. There was an extra table (downstairs closet) and chairs (upstairs closet), which worked nice for our group. Everything went well and we enjoyed our time staying at Deanne’s place.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this house. My sisters and I had a reunion at this wonderful property. From the immaculate upscale farmhouse decor, comfortable beds/ linens, and quiet beautiful outdoor space this property did not disappoint!

Perfect Stay

This house was absolutely amazing! It had tons of room for my large family and friends and was extremely clean. The central location of the house put us ten minutes from the main shops and 30 minutes from the Silverwood theme park! It was an overall great stay and we will definitely be back next year!!!!

Perfect vacation house for large group.

This was the perfect vacation for me and my family of sixteen.The house was located in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was clean and it was big enough to accomodate all of us. We didn't feel like we were always on top of each other. Kitchen was open to both living room and family room. We could all visit as we prepared meals. It was centrally located. Not too far from Costco, Silverwood, the lake, and Triple play fun park.We would like to come back and rent this place again.The only thing the house is missing is a hot tub.

Amazing property for a group of people

As soon as we walked in we were impressed! We had a group of 11 guys just wanting to get out of town for a weekend. Lots of room, well stocked, very clean, and the owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend to other groups!

Family reunion

The house was perfect for our family reunion. Plenty of room for everyone to have space to watch TV, play pool, sit and chat indoors or outdoors. The large corner lot gave plenty of room for the kids to play outside. The owner was very responsive and helpful to questions. Easy access to grocery stores too! Thanks! We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful house located close to many amenities

Beautiful, well furnished and stocked house in a quiet neighbourhood but close to many stores, restaurants, groceries and the lake. We truly enjoyed our stay. The owner, Deanne, was easily contacted by text message and she responds fast. We loved the house and Couer D’Alene. We will be back again! From - big family of Canadians

Beautiful, clean, comfortable, and spacious

My 4 sisters and I had a fabulous reunion in this home! Beautifully decorated with comfortable beds/furniture. Lovely deck with BBQ, outdoor furniture, and table. Neighborhood was very quiet and we even saw baby deer near the yard while having coffee outside! This house was the perfect location for a short drive to the lake. All in all we were very pleased with our stay!

Great House

This is a beautiful home that was very welcoming and roomy for our extended family of 11. Only downfall was the air conditioning didn't seem to work efficiently, house was very warm come evening and night.
