気になった点 : 清潔度、コミュニケーション、ロケーション
not clean !!
after travelling for most of the day and looking forward to a nice comfortable stay, the scene that greeted us was more than dissappointing. linen not changed, towels not changed, dirty laundry everywhere, bathroom filthy, kitchen a mess, we where forced to share a towel after a shower and sleep in unclean beds.
we contacted the host that evening but got no reply until further contact was tried again the next morning.
they expressed their apologies and stated the cleaners would rectify.
the cleaners arrived late morning and then proceeded to not let us in until they finishied, which was mid afternoon.
this thoroughly inconvenienced us as we were there to visit my dying father in the hospital and had relatives arriving that day, who had to wait for hours before freshening up to visit the hospital.
we expressed this to the host more than once as the reply was not forthcoming, in fact took a few attempts, and asked for compensation for the inconvenience, the host refunded us the fare of one night.
however considering the additional charges like booking fee and cleaning , the per night price and fare for one night differ. when this was expressed to the host, there was no reply.
so, reveiw of the accomodation, seems nicely renovated and is close proiximity to the hospital.
however, the hosts communication was poor to non existant, the accomodation was filthy and i would not rely on them to have it ready for visitors, also the locality is quite suspect. choose cautiously !!
