This property can comfortably sleep up to 7 guests with the master bedroom consisting of a comfy queen bed, BIR's and ensuite. The second bedroom consists of another comfy queen sized bed with BIR's, and then the third bedroom has a bunk bed - a double base bed below and a single bed atop, with BIR's also.
Conveniently located 200m from Mallacoota's main surf beach at Bastion Point with ocean boat ramp.
15 Stanley Avenue is also a short stroll to get into Mallacoota's town center - offering shops, cafes and hotel. In the other direction, the Mallacoota Golf and Country Club is a roughly 350m distance away.
The bathroom offers a large shower and bath tub, and next to this is a laundry room with washing machine.
Please note that this property does NOT include linen or towels - you will be required to bring your own.
