Located in the heart of Downtown Kelowna, overlooking Okanagan Lake and City Park, the location doesn’t get any better! Professionally decorated with brand new furnishings and decor, this spacious two bedroom loft is perfect for vacationing or business travel. A fully equipped kitchen gives you the option of preparing your own meals when you wish. The dining area and cozy window bench have fabulous views of the lake and marina. Enjoy the sunset or an early morning coffee from the lovely balcony overlooking park and lake. The amenities in City Park include outdoor tennis, basketball courts, beach volleyball, playground, and two water parks (one for kiddies and one for bigger kids and adults!). Stroll or bike down the boardwalk to an abundance of restaurants and shopping.

Location, Location, Location!! We stayed 5 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. We had a front row seat to the New Years Fireworks. Many Fantastic Restaurants are within a stones throw of the unit. All of downtown is at your doorstep.The unit is well equipped, spacious, comfy, and a great place to relax and enjoy the views of the Lake.

Always love this condo - excellent location, fun balcony for people watching & viewing the lake and Lois is always available for any concerns.Only negative is a later checkout time, even an extra hour would have been great!

Condo was in the perfect location next to the marina. Walked to all restaurants, swam in the lake, next door to great ice cream parlor, enjoyed numerous entertainers in the park, and did lots of people watching from the balcony. Can’t go wrong by staying here! Lois was great to work with and made check in so easy!

The property faces City Centre park, great location, easy to walk downtown and lake front. The condo is gorgeous, loved all of it. The owner and property manager were very attentive to all our needs. I would stay here again.

Stayed here for the long weekend over Easter. Excellent home base for exploring Kelowna. Walking distance to so many great places to eat/coffee shops. Perfect patio to enjoy coffee/wine. Comfortable beds and very convenient parking.

Amazing location, very walkable to much of downtown Kelowna. Parking was easy and secure. The unit was clean and exactly as described in the listing. We would absolutely stay again.

Wonderful stay

This place is even better than in the pictures. It was extremely clean, well-stocked, and the decor is lovely. Extremely well located - you can walk to everything. I had a conference at the Delta hotel and it was a very nice 5 minute walk away. Hosts are also very responsive. Parking place attached is a bonus. Highly recommend.

5 Stars – Amazing Stay in Kelowna!

We had an incredible stay at this property in Kelowna! The condo was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were super comfortable, and the space was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.The location was ideal—close to wineries, downtown, and the lake. We loved being able to enjoy the best of Kelowna with such easy access to everything. Laura and Lois were fantastic—responsive and friendly.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kelowna!

Probably the best property we’ve stayed at!

We loved our stay at Laura’s place! The apartment was exceptionally clean and nicely decorated and stocked with all the supplies we needed (the kitchen was great!). The beds were comfortable which made for good sleeping. Lois, the property manager, was especially helpful and friendly. Also loved the location since it has beautiful views of the water and park and was convenient to restaurants, walking routes and easy access in and out of town. We plan to come back!

Convenient location

This 4th floor Condo is nicely appointed and very clean. While it is a very convenient location to explore the downtown area and offers a nice view, the trade off is it also comes with street noise below. PM was very helpful.
