Welcome to Villa Jazmin #204! A lovely vacation spot close to all the nightlife and shopping you could want. Less than a 2-minute walk to the beach for swimming and fabulous sunsets! Come enjoy our home and experience all that Surfside has to offer. Situated in a gated building with excellent security and helpful staff on site 24 hours a day. You’re going to love it here!

Come experience Pura Vida in our 1,200 square foot condo. The condo sleeps 6, with a queen bed in the main bedroom and two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom as well as a pull-out couch that sleeps 2 in the living room. There are two spacious bathrooms with full showers and all linens, towels, soap, and shampoo included. Washer and dryer are located in a closet in the hallway between the bedrooms.

There is a sizeable living room with a new sofa bed and 2 comfortable chairs, a smart TV with access to multiple streaming services as well as hundreds of cable channels. Our dining room comfortably seats 6 with an additional space for 4 people at the breakfast bar. Well appointed kitchen with granite counter tops, a brand-new fridge, all the utensils and cookware needed to create your own meals.

Enjoy the large balcony with 2 comfortable lounge seats and a dining table for 4 overlooking green space where iguanas, birds, howler monkeys and fireflies frolic.

We offer a shared sparkling pool for the residents of Villa Jazmin to help beat the heat, and a lovely outdoor BBQ area. The pool space also features two common area bathrooms, a common area cabana, and plenty of deck space to enjoy quiet get togethers.

Building is protected by gates and security staff on site 24 hours a day. Our property manager is available to assist in rectifying any problems you may encounter, and the staff of the building is always willing to help. Friendly community of locals and ex-pats will gladly direct you to other excellent beaches, restaurants, shopping, or adventures!

Did we mention how convenient our location is? Located just one block from the beach, we are also surrounded by two markets, a fruit stand, six restaurants/bars, and more, all easily walkable from our condo! We’re also just a short drive from the Liberia Airport so you can start your vacation quickly.

You won’t want to miss the breathtaking views of Playa Potrero- be sure to bring your camera for the sunrises and sunsets and of the crystal-clear ocean water. Memories of a lifetime await!

- IMPORTANT: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. The building has a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
