You will love the layout of this 3BR/2BA condo located on the first floor in building 14 in Willow Bend! It is spacious and comfortable with a peaceful view of the pond. The patio is right off the living room so it is the best place to hang out!

Willow Bend #1411 is perfect for families, golfers and weekend getaways! The kitchen is fully stocked and is perfect for cooking your favorite meals. The dining area has plenty of space for everyone. The living area is spacious and there is a large Flat Screen TV for your viewing pleasure. Enjoy the patio for your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail.

The Primary Suite has a King bed and a large full bathroom for privacy. There is a spacious walk-in closet for your use as well. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and there is a hallway bathroom too. The 3rd bedroom has two twins so there is plenty of sleeping space for your guests. There is also a washer/dryer for your use. All of the bedrooms have Flat Screen TVs too.

Check out Barefoot Landing which is right over the bridge and enjoy all of the restaurants, shops and attractions. Enjoy a show at the Alabama Theater or The House of Blues. Have a beer at the Crooked Hammock or grab a taco at Taco Mundo. Watch the boats go by while having dinner at Greg Norman's Australian Grill or The Flying Fish Restaurants. You will not want to leave! If you like to golf, there are 4 Championship Golf Courses in Barefoot so ask us about tee times. There is a free shuttle that runs in the summer that will bring you to the beach too.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented from VRNMB for the past 3-4 years after the rental company we used for the past 29 years began to go down hill. I was surprised at the cleanliness and service from our prior rentals with VRNMB. However, this unit did disappoint. The refrigerator had orange liquid in the draws and all over the shelves. We had to clean It ourselves because it was late and we needed to use it. The floors were not mopped and anyone who walked barefoot it turned the soles of their feet black. I know this unit allowed pets and we did not bring any; however, it smelled as if a dog was in there recently during our entire stay. We did not bring these issues to the attention of the rental office as our stay was in for a few nights. As stated we cleaned the fridge.

Great place

Property was beautiful, condo was accommodating with the amenities. The beds were very noisy (not from hibbity bibbity) and not the most comfortable, but no beds are like “home”. I think the cleaning crew needs to take their time when cleaning there were a lot of “things” missed from sweeping. Had a problem with ants in the main bathroom and roaches in the kitchen area - not palmetto bugs I know the difference. I think because the place was closed up for so long, by the end of the week we had pretty much conquered the issue. Please don’t let my review deter you from staying I will definitely book again and it was wonderful like I said I think the place being closed up for a period was the issue

Good place to stay if you want to be away from the crowds

This was a very nice property in a nice location. Plan on doing some light cleaning when you arrive. Could have been cleaned better IMO. I specifically asked the distance to the pool since we were traveling with my older parents who have a hard time getting around. I was told "steps" away. It was WAY more than just steps. Outside of those 2, I think the place was nice and equipped with just about everything we needed.
