We have tried to contact the guest multiple times since this review was posted and have been unable to reach the guest. We regret the inconvenience this guest suffered. We spoke with them multiple times during their stay. We call all guests after arrival to the unit to make sure all is well. We delivered new keys and bottled drinking water to the guests. In all Keystone units, the water district has us post this information: "The Snake River Water District has reported slightly higher than recommended lead levels in water supply. Steps you can take to reduce your exposure to lead in water include: Flush pipes before drinking (run water for 2 minutes upon arrival for your stay) Always use cold water for drinking, cooking and for preparing baby formula. Consider bottled water for consumption." We provide bottled water for guests.

The front desk is always here for you, every day of the week - we are located in Dillon where you checked in. You possibly may have called the wrong number - we just checked our call logs on the computer, and you have never tried calling us. The reason you were charged for an extra cleaning fee is because we have you on camera spilling what appears to be tomato sauce, throughout the building. We had to clean it, and you were billed for doing so by the Home Owner's Association at that building. We hope that you enjoyed your stay, regardless of what happened after the fact.

The Snake River Water District has asked us to inform guests that lead can enter drinking water when water is in contact, for several hours, with pipes or plumbing that contain lead, often from soldered connections. We ask guests to run the kitchen sink for 2 minutes at arrival to flush out the pipes as a precaution.
