Grandview Lakeside Community Club - Sparrow Lake Cottage - Roehls 8


1 Bedroom, 3 Bed Lakefront cottage - just a few steps from the water. Great dock fishing, small beach, community pool, tennis court, club house full of books and games, two firepits, playgrounds, and a nice walking trail. Cottage comes fully equipped with a stove, toaster oven, blender, a stand up shower, electric fireplace and air conditioner. Wireless internet, and there are tons of DVDs to watch on the flatscreen TV. The couch pulls out to a double bed, the bedroom has a double-on-the-bottom single-on-the-top bunkbed,. Cottage has a patio with BBQ, table and chairs. 25 minute drive to Orillia, you won't want to leave but won't be far away from town if you need to grab anything. Great location for young kids, frog hunting and exploring galore. Spend your days lounging by the pool, driving to one of the many trails Muskoka has to offer, exploring the lakeside, or relaxing by the beach! BBQ on the patio and pool noodles in the deck box are waiting for you! We are very responsive hosts and would love to hear from you; Shoot us a message if you have any questions or inquiries. I couldn’t write a review fast enough what a great experience from playing bingo with all the local people that live there during the summer to some poker nights and invitations to play pickle ball such a sense of community. We had a very easy check in a little tricky to find a place but we had great help from the host and the host friend so nothing to worry about there. Such a beautiful serene spot can’t see enough about the water and the gorgeous sunsets that we got to see every night Definitely a great spot for a couple with one child or maybe two as there is a pullout couch and we really love the breakfast nook and the private table outside access to barbecue. It’s small but cute and it’s really all you need great use of everything that we needed in the cabin And again the neighbours were absolutely lovely. Will definitely be coming back. Thanks again.

We went prepared to spend the week with all our needed supplies only to find the owners had fully equipped the cottage with everything including shampoo, conditioner, some spices, some condiments, paper towels, bedding, pillows etc. It's a long,15 km, windy road off the highway to get to the cottage but then the view of the lake and the cottage itself was worth it.

The Grandview Community is so lovely and communication with the host was great. This little unit is very sweet and cozy. Perfect for a little cottage-resort type vacation.

Cozy cottage near the lake for fishing. Quiet environment with no loud parties. Pool to hang out at with lounge chairs and umbrellas.

Charming cottage with a lake view

This worked out perfectly for our family. We have a cottage on the lake and needed overflow sleeping arrangements. The cottage was clean the property manager was great.

We are from the small town of Dutton Ontario. Love camping, boating, hiking, fishing, and have two dogs that keep us plenty busy! We love hosting at our little cottage because it gives us a chance to let there enjoy the lake life for a week. We keep the price reasonable to make it affordable, we know how ridiculously expensive some of these rentals are getting.

Our property really does have a great set up for families. The cottage itself has a small footprint, but the resort has a beautiful pool, club house, tennis court, and the lake to keep you busy all day long. You’ll get a smile and a wave from everyone at the resort, it’s hard not to be happy at Grandview!
