These recently renovated cottages are in the heart of Rockaway Beach and sit just across the road from beachfront access while also being a short walk from countless restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options.

With most everything being remodeled and upgraded, you will find the cottages strike that perfect balance of style and comfort. The unit comes with a kitchenette making it easy to store food as well as whip up a quick meal whenever you desire. Additionally each unit has a small patio area as well as a shared seating area under the gazebo.

The location is absolutely incredible and will make as a perfect location to adventure up and down the coast. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all.

PET FRIENDLY: *There is a $50 fee per pet with a maximum of 1 pet. Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

At first it was freezing cold in the room, but once I was able to figure out the heating system it was very comfortable afterwards. Cute little place for a short stay at the coast for one or two people.

Loved our stay, extremely clean & cozy! We wanted to stay a couple more days but unfortunately they were booked so the owner suggested a place for us, he was right it was also good! Two totally different stays but both good. Kudos to him for the suggestion! We would definitely stay here again!

Great little getaway spot in Rockaway

We really enjoyed our stay here! The space was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for making most meals and it was very nice to have the oven. All the instructions left were clear and we enjoyed the restaurant and hiking recommendations. The beach access is close and the location was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location!

Great location on the coast! Stayed here with my 13 year old daughter and it was perfect for the two of us. The location is fabulous for exploring the coast with or without a car.

Great place to stay! Pet friendly.

This is the perfect place to stay for a couple with a dog! It's amazing what they've been able to put into a small space! Yes, there is an actual kitchenette with a stove and refrigerator. The place is super clean inside and out! You can sit and enjoy the sun on a private patio, or enjoy a fire in the fire pit in the community back yard. They even provide outdoor games for your enjoyment! There are a total of 7 units in the complex, but it is very quiet. These units sit just off highway 101, very short walk to shops, resteraunts and the beach.

Fantastic cozy unit

The property is incredibly clean and well planned out. The unit is cozy and perfect for two people. The shower even fit my giant spouse which is unusual as most shower heads are located around his chest region in hotels. Having the full kitchen saved quite a bit of money and it’s nice to be able to cook and store food in the fridge so one doesn’t have to eat out every meal. Check in was easy and the staff were responsive to emails and extremely welcoming.
