These are two separate, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments. Although they don’t connect internally, the entrances are adjacent to each other. Each unit has its own living space and kitchen. Elevate your stay at The Luzianne with convenient access to our sister property, The Brandywine, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the heated rooftop pool from 8am to 9pm daily, just a short 10 min walk away.

The Space:
LOCATION: The Luzianne by Roami is located in the Central Business District and is a quick 10 minute walk from the French Quarter, home to some of the best bars and restaurants New Orleans has to offer.

The Luzianne is conveniently located next to all the places you want to be in the Big Easy, 10 minutes from the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center and the French Quarter, and five minutes away from Lafayette Square. This makes the Luzianne the perfect place to stay for work or play. 

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. 

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

APARTMENT: The two separate apartment sleeps 10 guests in a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 sleeper sofas. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below:

- Bedroom 1: 1 King (Sleeps 2)
- Common Area: 1 Sleeper Sofa (Sleeps 2)* Additional beds cannot be provided.

Apartment 2
- Bedroom 2: 1 King (Sleeps 2)

- Common Area: 1 Sleeper Sofa (Sleeps 2) Additional beds cannot be provided.

BATHROOM: All 3 bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer.

KITCHEN & DINING: Both kitchen is fully renovated and stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). Each dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.

AMENITIES: This property has a washer and dryer in each unit. The property also has a lobby.

PARKING: Street parking is available on a first come, first served basis. No onsite parking.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, 10 towels, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TV for your streaming apps like Netflix.

AREA: The approximate unit size is 2,000 square feet.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive use of the entire property.

We recommend guests use Lyft and Uber.

Other Things to Note:
Guests are emailed visual check-in instructions and unique door code 24 hours before check-in. Please check your spam/junk/promotion folders or contact us if you did not receive them by your day of check-in.

Surveillance Camera: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the property.

Luggage Storage: While we offer luggage storage, please note it is a shared luggage storage and open to all of our guests. Please refrain from leaving valuable items inside your luggage's. The management will not be held liable against any lost or damaged valuables.
