Welcome to Tiara West 205, freshly renovated with new luxury vinyl plank flooring for summer 2025, this bay front two bedroom two bathroom property offers an exceptional view of the bay from your private balcony. Located centrally on 26th Street bayside, you are a couple blocks walk to the beach and famous boardwalk and amusements. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment within a minutes drive from the property. Fishing off the bayfront pier is allowed as well. With all the comforts of home, this units offers a full kitchen, washer/dryer, 2 smart TV's, coffee maker, central A/C, Free Wifi, 1 parking spot. Occupancy sleeps 8 people.
The home is non smoking, and pets are not allowed. Occupancy 8. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
