Vacation on the ocean only 1 block from the famous Ocean City Md boardwalk! This charming 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom condo offers a private balcony with incredible views of the beach and ocean! The primary bedroom offers ocean views as well as private bath and queen bed. The living area opens up to the private balcony and fully stocked kitchen. Convenient to fine restaurants family entertainment and more!

Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.

Pictures are deceiving!!

The pictures on this post are extremely deceiving. Everything in this place is completely outdated and from the 1970’s. Either rusted, falling apart, or broken. Toilet handles falling off, rust stains all over bathrooms, holes and stains on mattresses, box springs, and bedding. Only good thing about this condo is it’s location and the view. Everything else is completely neglected! We will never stay here again!

Great location horrible living space

We come to ocean city every year… decided to stay closer to boardwalk. The $$$ we paid only made it worthwhile for the view. Absolutely horrible and dangerous for children. Dishwasher falls out of space, toilets were awful constantly running and handles fell off. Beds were so uncomfortable and very worried they would collapse. Kitchen table may as well be in the floor as it wobbled so bad we thought for sure it was going down. And the worst was the kitchen cabinets falling off and the sink yuck yuck yuck. Smelled horrible because the disposal doesn’t work and so much food. I would never ever stay here again.

WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN!!!

Myself and my family were so disappointed and unhappy with this rental. Just to share a few things, the rental states the master bedroom offers ocean view and private bath with a queen bed. When we came to the rental, we saw the 2 beds facing the ocean and the queen on the elevator side. We were looking forward to a nice view when we got up every morning but instead we get woken up by people by the elevator early in the morning. We had dead flies all over the apartment, one in the bed that my daughter had to sleep in which was also full of sand like the bed was never cleaned. Something bug or food was on the couch like that as well was not cleaned. All pots in the oven were dirty, nats fling all over the kitchen b/c the garbage disposal had left over food in it. The dust is ridiculous, on the walls, counters, AC ducts and most discusting plastered to all the fans, to the point I can not turn them on because it will fly everywhere. If you have allergies be prepared for an attack with all the dust. The med cabinet has someone else's used nail clippers, scissors and wedding rings. It's obvious nothing was cleaned. Both toilets ran and the closets don't open or close. The outside furniture is rusted to the point I couldn't drape a bathing suit unless I want it to get rust on it. Outside had a pile of matches. Costal Resort Rentals did nothing until Tuesday, they offered HK, I already cleaned myself.
