The pictures made it look way bigger then it actually was. We had 15 adults and a baby and we definitely didnt fit "comfortably" per say but we made it work. The walls and floors are also extremely thin so you can hear everything. Some of the door handles were broken. The beds weren't very comfortable unless you like a hard thin mattress . The lay out however was nice and the snacks. The hot tub was alright the jets weren't very strong but it did get up to temp and was roomy. The wifi was great. Location was great minus some noisy neighbors but being close to everything we wanted to do was very convenient.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry the home didn’t feel as spacious as you expected for your group of 15 adults and a baby. While the home does accommodate larger groups as described in the listing, I understand that a group made up almost entirely of adults can certainly feel different at maximum occupancy. We had a wonderful stay at this particular cabin. It was beautifully decorated, very clean and the snacks were a nice touch. The host was excellent at communicating with us during our stay. We would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking to stay in the Pigeon Forge area!

Walking in, the cabin had obviously been prepped and was ready for our stay. The description exactly matches the house. All beds were comfortable. We had a large group - 14 or 15 people. Everyone enjoyed the home. Plenty of spaces to spread out (kids loved arcade machines, games and theater room) and then come together (yes the dining table can seat everyone - a rarity some times!). The host, Brenda, was absolutely amazing at answering questions and being responsive to all those little pesky questions we all have when first arriving in. The cabin was a great price and we would all check here first if ever staying in the Sevierville/Gatlinburg area again. The property felt very secluded and like a “retreat” but less than five minutes from a grocery store and a short car ride to all the fun stuff people like to do when visiting the area. Doors and windows locked, very secure. We had four cars. We parked three in a single file line on the back driveway and had the smallest car park out front to avoid blocking the road. It wasn’t a problem for us, but if you have more than four cars, plan accordingly. I would absolutely stay here again. You should book this place!

I reached out to Brenda 2 days prior to leaving with two messages in the app, a direct phone call with none of those getting a response and an email that she finally responded to on the day of our departure so I was not happy with the slow response time. When we arrived the baby gate was broken. There was a hole in the bathroom floor on the main level in the master bath. Other spots that were weak so we all try to avoid stepping on those as well throughout the home. The keurig coffee maker did not work and the other coffee maker didn't have the right filters. The garbage can was so nasty inside that when we pull the garbage bag out to replace, it got the floor dirty. The upstairs bathtub leaked when trying to take a bath on to the bedroom floor in the bunk bed room so baths had to be taken down on the main level which was inconvenient to people on the top floor. The entire house smelled like a sewer due to backed up gases or something from the septic tank which was atrocious the entire stay. The beds could have been a lot more comfortable they were very very hard. The outside tables were incredibly dirty. Looked like they hadn't been wiped down in a very long time. So we didn't have the option of eating outside without doing some major scrubbing. Another inconvenience. The hot tub was unusable due to a brown film of some kind in it. The shuffleboard table in the basement was unusable 4 anyone that like to play shuffleboard and the chairs in the theater room or all broke down

I appreciate the feedback, and all concerns are being inspected and addressed. For clarity, you later confirmed that you had overlooked my initial email containing all the information you requested, along with links to the digital guidebook with additional helpful information. There was no slow response time to your pre-arrival questions—I responded promptly through Vrbo. You later reported that a glitch in the app prevented you from seeing my direct responses until after your departure. The property concerns were not reported to me during your stay. Had I known, I would have done everything possible to address them while you were there and give your family the five-star experience we strive for. Concerns like these are not typical, but if something unexpected does arise, guests can feel comfortable reaching out anytime. We will continue to respond promptly and do everything possible to resolve the concern and make sure our guests have a wonderful stay.

Wonderful Stay!

The place was beautiful and spacious for me and my family. Gave us privacy as well from surrounding neighbors!! It was clean when we arrived! Loved that the tourists area and grocery store was only 10mins away! The Host responded back quickly with any questions we had! Highly recommend this retreat for vacations!

And a good time was had by all

For adult siblings took mom to Pigeon Forge personal away time. We found the property to be clean, nice big rooms, in the kitchen, big enough for three of us to be cooking at once. The young kids loved the games. The adults loved the fire circle. In the hot tub was a special treat. It was exactly what we were looking for.

We will be back!

Brenda is awesome and the property is fantastic! Plenty of room. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook. Close enough to all the sights, but not too close! We have been staying in the area for years and this cabin was the first one that I didn't feel like we needed to bring something from home to make the trip complete. We will be back!

If staying longer than a few days, may need more TP. We almost ran out. Also paper towels. The game room was ok, as well as theater, but we thought it would be better equipped. Bring your own board games, if that's what you do. The corn hole game was non-existent. Gas grill needs a real big clean up.Parking biggest issue if you have multiple cars, as we did. Can't park on grass, so we had to get creative.Otherwise, overall experience was very good. Had a great time for our family reunion.Close to Pidgeon Forge and all their amenities.
