The main floor offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom features a queen-size bed. A second bathroom in the main hallway includes a tub and shower combination.

On the lower level, you’ll find a laundry area with a washer, dryer, and additional fridge, along with two more bedrooms and a three-piece bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. Bedroom three is furnished with a queen-size bed, and bedroom four has a queen bunk bed. The rec room provides seating, a pool table, ring toss, and a smart TV for added entertainment.

Outside, the property is surrounded by trees, ensuring privacy and tranquility. The expansive back lawn is ideal for outdoor games and sports, equipped with a badminton/volleyball net. In the front yard, you’ll find a fire pit, a dock, and a large deck with a BBQ and seating area, perfect for al fresco dining and relaxation.
