Enjoy gorgeous views of the Santa Rosa Mountains and the 8th Fairway of the Stadium Course at world renowned PGA West. Entertain friends and family in this beautifully upgraded Legends 40 open concept floor plan which offers 3 ensuite bedrooms, powder room, formal living with fireplace and dining with soaring ceilings and a lovely chandelier. Upon entering this very spacious home you see a large wet bar with seating for four for those fun evenings spent entertaining. This home also has a separate family room with a large flat screen television and offers ample seating for all to enjoy a night in. This home offers numerous upgrades including a temperature controlled built-in wine storage for 200+ bottles of your favorite wine selections. The kitchen has all granite countertops, all stainless-steel appliances, large island with sink, and a bar with seating. The backyard has a built in BBQ, gorgeous fire pit, and enough seating for everyone while enjoying that magnificent view. Lounge in your own newly completed pool and spa, featuring salt water, Pebble Tech and a chiller feature for the hotter months. What a better way to enjoy our warmest days when you have the option of chilling the pool to fit your needs! This home was made for entertaining and thoroughly enjoying our desert lifestyle that we all love so much.

Location was fantastic for viewing and attending the American Express PGA tournament. The house is extremely well equipped, especially the kitchen - we cooked most meals rather than eating out. Management company is very responsive as well. Highly recommend this house!!!
