We love the idea of a small apartment inclusive of everything: bed, bath, kitchen, couch,… It gives us a feeling of warmth, safe, convenience and contemporary life. Walking distance to city center. Local life with parks, zoo, gym and pool, local market and street food (try the Chinese noodles and famous broken rice near our place, you will love it!). You will enjoy the civilized quiet neighbor yet have access to all the fun just minutes ride away.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
Your friends giraffes and elephants are opposite the river. Come and greet them if you might.
This neighbor is newly renovated and in very quiet corner of the city. The street is clean, spacious and safe. You will find the people very civilized and friendly here.
Just step out of the riverbank area, you will find a truly Saigon life with crazy crowded street, colorful local market and a wide variety of local food. There are many nice food stores and coffee shops around the corner. Make sure to try them all!

You will stay at the border of District 1. Just cross the bridge and you are at the city center!
Taxi and motorbike can easily find us and access on 2 way road.
Bus stop is less than 300m, with all the buses to and from any part of the city.
