Our second stay at this property was over Memorial Day weekend. We love the little cottage, it's beautiful setting, and proximity to the beach and to Bay St. Louis restaurants and bars. Joyce, the owner, is a meticulous host and a very nice lady.

The host was super! We had a little problem with the heating/air-conditioner and she got it fixed immediately. The cottage has the perfect location to the beach, restaurants and other activities in the Bay St. Louis and Waveland, Mississippi area. The cottage is great for a couple and dog. Nicely decorated. There’s a nice yard for your dog to run. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Great Little Place

The house was perfect for our week-long stay. The contact person/owner was very responsive in making sure our stay as enjoyable as possible. The property was fantastic providing a very relaxing environment for those quite evenings while sitting outside and taking in those Gulf Coast nights. The neighbors were very quiet during our stay. We had a very enjoyable time there. I hope this place is available for our next visit.

Hi Barbara, your review is greatly appreciated, and we're thankful for your time sharing your experience. Upon reviewing your feedback, we've connected with the homeowner, who wanted to address a few points:-The listing photos and description are designed to provide an accurate representation of the cottage, including the size of the living and kitchen areas. We aim for transparency to ensure our guests know what to expect.-We understand your preference for larger furniture in the living and kitchen areas. However, due to the cozy nature of the cottage, we have chosen furnishings that best fit the available space while maintaining comfort and functionality. Additionally, the homeowner mentioned they spoke with you and would like to treat you and your husband to lunch during your next visit as a token of appreciation for your feedback and continued support.

Small house in Waveland Mississippi

Fantastic host a true example of southern hospitality . great bed, shower ,kitchen and yard for the dog. started using the air fryer and I think I'll have to buy one or give my air fryer toaster oven another chance at home. Walking distance to the beautiful white sand beach, mostly enjoyed the warmer temperatures even though we experienced a record snowfall for Mississippi everything was fantastic Hope to come back and explore this area more thank you Joyce you made our vacation a great experience

Close to the Beach

Great little house. Perfect for 2. The beach is just down the street & there is a few parking spots available!! The house has everything you need plus a few extras from the owner. The yard is big & shaded. We saw tons of birds, squirrels & a rabbit. I filled the birdbath & about 6 doves came. It was so cool. The neighborhood is quiet and you are close to Bay St Louis that has a bunch of bars & restaurants. It was a great place to stay!!
