Secluded but not Isolated Ocean Front Townhome in Puertocito

A dream has come true for us and we would like to share it with you. Our beautiful cottage is located on the Pacific coast of the beautiful State of Oaxaca. “EL PUERTECITO” is located approx. 25 min. (25 Km) from the famous surfing town of Puerto Escondido (30 min from the airport) and 1.5 hours from the famous paradise of HUATULCO. The House is in a very quiet area, perfect to spend magnificent moments of relaxation and to live a dream of nature on a virgin beach.
The space
The house has 3 bedrooms each equipped with a spacious queen size bed. Each room has a fan installed and the primary bedroom is equipped with air conditioning.
There are two full bathrooms, with shower and toilet. Hot water under pressure with hydrojet system. The sinks are separated in a free space. The house has 2 inner courtyards. There is a hold/storage room for the beach things and one where the washing machine and cleaning products are located.
Above the building there is a large terrace with sun loungers/hammocks and armchairs to rest and enjoy the famous Pacific sunsets.
The Kitchen is an open conceptkitchen and is integrated into the living / dining room that has a large table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped (pans, pots, glasses, spices, cutlery, blender, coffee machine, plates, glasses, bowls, toppers, etc.) also has a refrigerator/freezer and a gas stove with 4 stoves.
At the entrance there is a dipping pool to cool off on hot days, a mini beach inside the house ideal for children to play under supervision or for a chill out for adults. The house has a parking spot. We offer cleaning service once a week included. Available for an extra fee if you'd like cleaning more often.
There are 3 different types of beaches directly outside the house. Sections between rocks for a quiet swim (tide pools) open sea for surfers and a bay for experienced swimmers. 1 km away, walking on the beach there is a beautiful lagoon with fauna and flora typical of this area and especially with many species of different birds. In front of the house are always many pelicans who still live in their natural habitat.
Guest access
The following are available for use: washing machine, detergent, cleaning products, beach chairs, umbrella, towels, beach towels, Italian coffee machine or filter, gas stove, pans etc., glasses, plates etc.,
Other things to note
“EL PUERTECITO” is still an idyllic space located 25-30 minutes from the famous Puerto Escondido on the road 200 between Puerto Escondido / Huatulco, Km 167 (very important given that there are no signs). From the top at Km 167 indicating with a yellow handmade sign indicating “ EL PUERTECITO” you follow 3.5 km of terrace towards the beach.
The village is very small, there are only two shops for the most basic of needs. It will be advisable to buy water and food before going home. In Puerto Escondido there is a large supermarket “Chedraui” where there are many national and international products.
