Newly Renovated Home on Little Glen Lake

NOW DOG FRIENDLY! Blue Haven is the perfect home for a large family gathering on beautiful Little Glen Lake. This home has been newly renovated and provides ample space for up to 15 guests to share the home with its 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The home boasts beautiful views of its large backyard and Little Glen Lake. You will enjoy the opportunity to build a fire and enjoy a s’more or go for a swim in the sandy bottomed lake.

The fully stocked kitchen and its new appliances are ready for you to get creative with the local fresh ingredients you will find at the various farmers markets, roadside stands and local grocery stores.

The primary bedroom is located on the main level of the home and has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Upstairs guests will find two bedrooms - one has a king bed plus 2 twin beds. The second room has a king bed. The den in the main house also contains a queen size murphy bed for added sleeping space. There is an additional full bathroom on the main floor as well as one on the second floor.

The garage loft contains a large private area with a King size bed and two sets of twin bunk beds and a full bathroom.

A/C units have been added to the garage loft and upstairs of the main house to help with the hotter summer days. Often enough, the breeze off the lake and provided fans keep the home a comfortable temperature.

Glen Arbor and Empire offer you the best that Northern Michigan has to offer - take a bike ride on the heritage trail, climb the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes, drive to the overlook to capture some truly beautiful views, proximity to ski resorts, fall color tours, wineries, and a short drive to Traverse City makes this destination perfect for all year round visits. Blue Haven is sure to be the place where magical vacation memories are made.

Booking fees and Management fees are non-refundable. Outdoor surveillance cameras are installed for security and in use when home is vacant.

Please note that this home is rented for your quiet enjoyment. Due to liability reasons, township rules and insurance policies, day guests are not permitted without expressed permissions from Management. Guest capacity for the home is NOT to be exceeded at any time. Guests not adhering to this rule could face a fine or eviction as outlined in our terms and conditions that are agreed upon by renting our home. Capacity is strictly enforced and randomly checked.

We will provide a starter package of paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soap, dish soap and or dishwasher tabs if dishwasher is available at the property. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase more of these items. Other items not included in this list are not guaranteed. Please reach out to management to inquire if a particular amenity is important to your stay, or plan accordingly.
