Freshly painted , tastefully decorated this classical home is strategically located on Princes Highway opp Mc Donald and Dan Murphy .

A two minute drive to Corio village and a ten minute drive to Quay making it ideal for Tassie ferry travellers.

Can sleep upto 7 people with an extra mattress that can be put in the living room . .

Three bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms all freshly painted .

Private space with a gate that can offer you solitude and peace.

You are welcome to use the long driveway and ample parking in the front.

There is a caretaker accommodation at the rear and there may be days when he can be resident for repairs. However the driveway is yours as there is separate access .

The host was exceptional. She could not do enough for us and helped us out completely. It was a good location and facilities for an overnight stay with a family. Need a car to be able to get around. 15 minutes easy driving to go to all the sights on Geelong.

The house smelt like wet dog and stale cigarettes, the pillow cases were dirty (coated in hair), the floors were filthy, there were no top sheets on the beds, just a doona (which was also dirty and smelly. The towels all appeared old and stained. The only positive is that is was nice and close to the ferry port (spirit of Tasmania).
