Hi Franklin, Thanks much for your stay and review. We haven't charged you for the broken bed, just absorbed the cost assuming cost of running business. We have just shared pictures of broken bed, which are very evident. If the bed would have been broken before the stay, it would have been clearly visible and reported as soon as you would have checked in or sleeping during your stay. Also, as a host we go and personally visit the property and verify after every checkout and professional cleaning that things are in perfect order and we are not missing on supplies or other things.
