This was a lovely old house which was very large. I especially loved the decor. There was a lovely fenced in yard which i loved to sit out in with my dogs and read. It was close to the beach which i visited every day. The house was in a nice middleclass neighbourhood. I met quite a few of the neighbours while walking my dogs. They were very friendly. The only negative was the house was in a noisey location. I recommend future visitors bring earplugs if noise bothers them.

Pros: good location. On the main road, 13 minute drive to the beach. It’s also big. Easily enough room for our 4 adults and 1 baby. Cons: this home needs a deep clean very badly. It was grimy in areas and you could tell it has only been getting quick-cleans for a long time. Additionally things are falling apart. Baseboards falling off, sidings falling off, etc. They also aren’t accommodating of longer stays. We stayed for 5 nights yet they only left us 1 additional roll of toilet paper, and a total of 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, 1 trash bag. How are we supposed to get by for 5 nights with that amount of stuff? Last thing I’ll note: the management company isn’t up to date on their inventory. I was advised there weren’t any beach towels, but there were like 10. I would recommend someone from management stay here for 1 night to see what is falling apart, what is dirty, what they have, etc.

Loved this home!

Very cute house and loved the size of the rooms and the totally fenced outdoor area for our two dogs! Location is excellent for the price !

The backyard is a great place to relax in the evening with your family and furry friends too. The house is spacious with plenty of room for entertaining or simply relaxing. They have chairs for the beach, floats, and boogie boards. There is a great washer and dryer so you can go home with clean clothing at the end of your vacation!

Amazing Stay

I would highly recommend staying at this property.. close to beaches. House was just as described, very clean and beautifully decorated! Got to the beach sooner than expected contacted host and they allowed us to check in early..the communication was incredible! Loved it overall

Excellent place, and exactly what we needed

We had a great time and it was EXACTLY what we needed for the long weekend. Will definitely look to use again as my son and his wife live close by.

Good Place!

It was an amazing stay. The little top piece shade above the pool wasn’t there anymore but the place has plenty of space and the tub in the guest bathroom is AMAZINGLY DEEP lol loved my bath. Would stay here again. The only issue which wasn’t an issue is that it’s right next to a beer store lol had fun. Thanks again.

What a great place!

We couldn't have been happier staying here. This place had it all, great location, great neighbourhood, and great yard. Very Private with everything at your finger tips. Stayed there with my dogs and had a blast here with the fenced in backyard and park right next door. Will definitely come and stay here again.

Disappointment

Property is located in commercial area next to a spirit store and a very busy highway and a huge parking lot where cars are parking and starting to making noise around 6am during week days so you wont be able to sleep at all. Don't look under the bed frames because they store all the dirt and leftover construction material there :) If you want to get paralyzed, after you took a shower please sit on a couch right underneath of two air duct opening cause they blow really cold air to help you. This place is a total disappointment and waste of money and time. Get a place close to beach and pay some extra. Stay away from this place.
