It was perfect, kids had lots of space to play Wii, have team meetings, socialize… 10 mins from anywhere we had to travel to. A great ma and pop pizzeria nearby (jimmys pizzeria and catering-so good!) would def use this location again)

We were in Regina for a small family event. Immediate family stayed at the Cozy Nook and found it comfortable, clean and spacious. The host was responsive to questions and made a few accommodations. The kitchen was perfect for family dinners. Upstairs was a great space for morning coffee and relaxing. We were even able to host a small gathering comfortably. Thank you to our hosts.

The stay was amazing. Lots of rooms for a large group. Also gives privacy which is nice! It’s a perfect place with lots of natural light and accessible to all! Perfect for a large gathering

The property is amazing. Large and clean and has everything you would want. Communication with owner was easy and I would enthusiastically rent again!

Football Fam Reunion

We had 27 of us meeting in Regina to take in the Labour Day classic, we decided to try and find a big enough space to host as many as we could together! We ended up having 16 of stay but was able to host a bbq and a few others over! The place was spacious and everything you could imagine you would need! We will definitely book again when we need that kind of space again!!!

Perfect location for a grieving family

This property was excellent for our needs. We came together as a family for my father‘s funeral and this gave us the ability to stay together and comfort each other during this difficult time. Shayden took very good care of us and when we called to take care of a minor issued, we were having.

Perfect for buddies reunion

We booked this for a high school reunion and it was perfect. Lots of room for everyone (we had 8 guys stay there). Loved the multiple fridges upstairs and down. Would rent it again!

Great for a large group!

We had staff in town for a couple of days of events, and stayed here. It was clean, bright, and very spacious! Was also really nice to have everyone staying at the same place, with common areas where we could congregate, but also individual private rooms for anyone who wanted privacy. Each room had a TV & temperature control as well. Bathrooms are huge, and there are several, so it worked very well.
