The Space:
Mareazul is a tropical haven. It’s stunning and beautiful every which way you turn, and it’s off the beaten path, a bit north of downtown Playa del Carmen, but still close enough to 5th Avenue, where you can start far north and walk cycle or take a 5-10 min taxi ride or drive to a prime spot on 5th Ave, lined with shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, live music and more.

The main spaces of this lux ground-floor condo:

- A LUMINOUS OPEN LIVING SPACE with a plush sofa and large wall-mounted flatscreen TV – a perfect spot for relaxing downtime moments at home with direct access to your private patio & pool.

- A PERSONAL WADING POOL in front of the patio that’s a shallow depth and perfect for taking dips to cool off any time you’d like & when you don’t feel like going out to the big resort pool onsite.

- A FULLY-EQUIPPED KITCHEN with quality appliances and all you’d need to prepare healthy meals at home. Plus, essential extras like a coffee maker for your morning perk-up, a blender for adult beverages, and a dishwasher for easy cleanups!

- A KITCHEN ISLAND where you’ll find the electric stove with an extractor and light above it and lots of counter space for meal prep.

- A DINING TABLE with 6 cushioned dining chairs for a relaxed sit-down meal at home, anytime.

- 2 PLUSH BEDROOMS, BOTH with ENSUITE BATHROOMS & RAINFALL SHOWERHEADS, GREAT CLOSET SPACE to accommodate 6 as such:

BEDROOM 1: 1 King bed & direct access to the pool/patio

You may find it hard to leave Marezaul’s paradise, with its gorgeous 10,000 sq ft swimming pool with bridges and swim-up ledges to sunbathe, plenty of poolside loungers, and the beach and sea just in front. You’ll have two restaurants on-site if you don’t feel like going too far. One of them is beachside, so you can enjoy a relaxing brunch with a Caribbean Sea view! Or, head to Marena Beach Club for a change of scenery and a more lively experience. They also have a pool there and serve food with a full bar.

On top of this, you’ll also have grand amenities like a modern gym and spa with massage services, tennis courts, a mini-mart and a golf course just next door, the Gran Coyote Golf Course, designed by the legendary PGA Pro Nice Price.

You’ll have everything you could need to enjoy a dream vacation!

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo during your stay and, of course, shared access to all the on-site amenities: the pool, two restaurants, private beach, tennis courts, gym & spa services, mini-mart, hammock gardens & lush and expansive tropical grounds.

The Neighborhood:
The property is located in the stunning Mareazaul Beach Resort, which is on the north end of Playa del Carmen, about a 5-10 minute taxi ride to the prime spots of the famous 5th Avenue. There you’ll find block after block of restaurants, cafes, bars, live music venues, great nightlife, rooftop pools, and some of the best shopping in the world!

Playa offers beach and beach clubs, water sports like snorkeling, scuba, stand-up paddle boarding, eco-parks with underground rivers, ancient Mayan ruins, cenotes (freshwater sinkholes special to this area!), private yacht & fishing charters, golf, day trips to Tulum or Cancun and more! The island of Cozumel is just a 45-minute ferry ride!

There are tons of great RESTAURANTS that serve cuisines from all over the world, but here are some of our recommendations (outside of the two that are inside Mareazul):

Getting Around:
The condo is located in Mareazul, about 53 km | 33 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). Please check your mobile map apps when you arrive, as driving time varies based on the time of day. If you arrive by car, there’s a dedicated parking spot for you. If you're not renting a car, then it's best to pre-arrange airport transportation.

For any sightseeing or activity further away, you can easily rent a bike, take a taxi, or go by ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) where you need to go.

Other Things to Note:
We provide a few basic essentials when you arrive, like soap and toilet paper. However, these items are not replenished during your stay. If you need something additional, you’ll have to purchase it.

For short-term stays, electricity is included. However, for stays of 28 days or more, guests will be required to pay an electricity fee of $167 USD per month.

Long-term stays are available. There are Wi-Fi & laptop-friendly workspaces around the condo, so it’s ideal for the remote worker.

For stays of 28 nights or more the guest must pay 2 cleaning services per month at a cost of $40 USD per cleaning.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas & public spaces and are strictly for security reasons to ensure guests' safety.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning expenses if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters will be required to provide a government ID during check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- We ask that you please use the safe box for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property, but you must first stop at two gates to show your ID and let the security guard know where you're going. There is one guarded gate upon entry to the Corasol community and another upon entry to Mareazul. The doors to the building and to the condo have keyless entry with digital codes. These access codes will be sent to you before arrival.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.
