このペントハウスは、街全体で最も美しいものの1つです。 ジャングルツリーと美しいプライベートビーチに囲まれたグランドコーラル複合施設内のMAREAZULという最高のロケーションにあります。 タクシーやタクシーで5分から7分ですが、混雑したダウンタウンからは離れているので、その場所は完璧です。
屋上には素晴らしいシービューとジャングルビューのジャグジーもあります。

建物はプライベートビーチからわずか150m、ビーチクラブから250mです。

Amazing stay!

We had a wonderful time at Jorge’s beautiful condo. The condo was comfortable and clean, the pool and beach were absolutely gorgeous, and we were 10 minutes by car to all of the restaurants and outdoor community in Pmaya del Carmen. We have traveled many times with our large family and all of our kids voted this as the best place we have ever amazing tacos check out Taquerios Che

The Mareazul complex is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are immaculately maintained, and security is excellent. We felt completely safe letting our 12-year-old go back and forth between the pool and the condo, which was a huge plus. The oceanfront restaurant has great food (get the grilled shrimp!), the view from the condo is stunning, and the beach is truly unparalleled — the best beach I’ve ever been to.Jorge was a very responsive and thoughtful host who genuinely tried to help whenever issues came up. He even arranged for a high chair for our stay, which we really appreciated. There’s also a cooler in the condo, which was handy for bringing drinks down to the pool.That said, I’m sharing the following to inform future travelers, not to be overly harsh, as Jorge was a good host. The condo itself is in need of a refresh and appears not to have been personally checked in some time. The kitchen sink barely drains, the dishwasher handle is almost detached, and a bathroom door handle has fallen off. The couches are stained and ripped (though Jorge mentioned they are being replaced). The deck furniture has no cushions and the rattan is torn, making the deck unusable. The jacuzzi tub does not work. The hot water tank was off on arrival, several light bulbs were burned out, and the TV remotes had dead batteries. The washer and dryer barely functioned, which was difficult for a longer stay, and we had to use another unit’s machines.

We booked this property as it was listed with 3 bathrooms. One was completely used for storage, so we made the best of it. The grounds, pool, beach and staff were all great! We would stay again and any issue that came up, outside of the few small ants, was resolved. Thanks!

Amazing grounds and location

Ideal settings for a family with kids of all ages. Gigantic pool and surrounding grounds are fantastic for youngsters. Adults can enjoy a beautiful beach with all water activities. The two restaurants on site are very good with a good diversity of dishes. We all had a blast.

Excellent VRBO

This VRBO is in a very safe, clean, and inclusive condo complex. The unit was very clean and spacious. The food at both restaurants was not expected and a huge surprise. Best part, the food was excellent. Our host was responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this VRBO.

Beautiful and Quiet Penthouse

The view was amazing, and the home is very practical for a family of four with two children. This is a perfect place for relaxation (spa was incredible), and the spa will do room services by reservation. The host was very easy to work with and very accommodating. We will be back.

The place is amazing and very beautiful. The beach is in your backyard literally. The condo itself is very spacious and perfect for family. I loved that I could clean my clothes and go to my own jacuzzi.

Amazing Deal

This is one of the most family friendly yet also private resorts we have stayed at. The pool is as nice as the pictures make it look, the beach club is only a few steps away with all activities you could want. It was not crowded in any of the common areas and the apartment was lovely!

Best place

Love the apartment it has everything you need for a pleasant stay, the complex is super safe there’s security people everywhere always, the pool is huge, it has beach access and the beach is clean and beautiful, Jorge was a great host always helping and making sure we had everything we needed, I absolutely recommend this place to anyone that is planning on having a relaxing weekend or a long stay 100% recommended

Perfect apartment for a beach getaway

The apartment was perfect for all of us, the rooms were clean and very comfortable. It was well equipped for a pleasant stay in family, the appliances are new. We loved the sea view and the private beach, the condo is very chilled and we could relax. Totally recommend to stay here and our host always was in communication with us to check if we needed something. Thank you very much! Would stay here again in the future.

Quiet Condo

We stayed in September & it was quiet & relaxing! The views were great & the pool was very inviting! It cost us about $20 or $350 pesos to get a cab into town. The condo was very clean & easy to access! Felt very safe with 2 security gates.

My name is Jorge Heredia im originally from the north of Mexico but in 2009 since i first started working in the Riviera Maya i just knew this was my happy place.
My father and me set up a vacation rental business using our own properties and i couldn't be more satisfied to be working in this place, its just magical!

This property is located inside the Grand Coral complex and the apartments are called MAREAZUL.
It offers a wide range of activities mostly related to water sports but also has a big GYM a amazing GOLF course and a couple of tennis courts, sightseeing and walking between the nature.

Big terrace and rooftop with a jacuzzi! Snack bar in the pool area and a very nice restaurant in the beach club! The beach club has its own pool right by the beach, its just amazing!
