Summary:
Tonic Lodge is a brand new, luxurious, five bedroom home with stunning views across Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables. Comfortably sleeping 12 people, the home contains a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, media room, superfast unlimited WIFI, outdoor spa, wine fridge, dry room, BBQ and large entertaining deck.

The Space:
Tonic Lodge caters perfectly for the cold weather, with central heating, underfloor heating and heated towel rails in the bathrooms, electric ski boot dryers, outdoor spa and a custom built dry room rack.

Guest Access:
We aim to create an environment where you and your family can enjoy all the comforts of home. Please feel free to use everything in the property and make yourself at home - Our house is your house.

To gain access to the property you will require an access code which will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. Please ensure you make contact with us prior to arriving to make sure we have your correct email details.
With the close proximity to town and Queenstown's many attractions, you will be able to come and go as you please.

The modern kitchen is equipped with all the essential items you will need to cook a great meal during your stay, and you will be able to enjoy complimentary coffee & tea are provided.

We prepare the house before you arrive, providing you with fresh, clean premium linen and towels. During your stay the apartment will not be serviced. If you require servicing during your stay, please arrange this prior to arrival and we can advise you of the charges involved.

The Neighborhood:
Tonic Lodge is a 10 minute walk to Queenstown centre and a short drive to both the Remarkables and Coronet ski fields.

Getting Around:
The villa is conveniently located in popular Queenstown Hill, just a 5 minutes walk from the centre of Queenstown and 10 minutes from Queenstown Airport.

If you don't have a car then we recommend the use of one of Queenstown's taxi companies - These are available right from the airport for your convenience.

Other Things to Note:
Queenstown is the adventure tourism capital of New Zealand, and offers a wide variety of activities perfect for the adrenaline junky or those interested in sampling the local wines and cheeses. During your stay our guide book will provide you with our personal picks of activities in Queenstown and the surrounding areas as well as our 'Pro Tip's' to save you time and money.

For your convenience we have available a port-a-cot & high chair to make your stay more enjoyable for the whole family. Please discuss any of these extras with us at time of booking. These are available at no extra cost.

A non-refundable fee of 3% applies to all cancellations regardless of the cancellation policy. This charge does not apply to Airbnb.
