Beautifully Remodeled Retreat: Steps to the Beach

The villas at Seascape are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and offer the best booking experience when reserved directly through our website.

Welcome to Your Perfect Getaway!

The main living area of this villa is just five steps up from the entry level, featuring an open-concept kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry, and elegant granite countertops. The living room is beautifully furnished and opens onto a spacious deck with views of one of the two on-site pools.

On the second floor, you'll find two bedrooms and two newly remodeled bathrooms. The master bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with two full-size beds and has access to a newly updated hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

The Seascape Villa complex provides convenient beach access via a designated walkway, complete with a cabana and restrooms along the path for your convenience.

Please note, there is a 3-night minimum stay.

Looking to stay in a great location but ...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you are looking to stay in a location that is within walking distance to the beach and Coligny Plaza, this condo is great! However, we won't stay here again because the condo is small, low ceilings, both bathrooms on second floor, bathtub did not drail so you stand in a pool while showering, towels (bath only - you must bring your own beach towels) and sheets low thread count, bathroom toilet in master is in a tight squeeze around the wall, walls were thin and we could hear outdoor noise and each time the neighbor opened their patio door, furniture and rugs need a deep clean, and finally it did not come with any bikes.The condo was average and the pool is shady all day long, and there was someone tending to the pool each morning to clean the pool area. Air Conditioner works GREAT and refrigerator has an ice maker. All office workers were very nice and condo came with two sets of keys rather than a key pad. Condo did not have any extras-not even salt and pepper. Hilton Head Island is GREAT for biking, walking, and running with the paved trails.

I absolutely loved the location of the kitchen and the overall layout of the villa. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The beach is literally across the street from the complex. And when you don't want the beach, the pool is just off the deck.
