It was really pretty and a nice spot to stay at. Easy walking to the Roger’s Arena and a lot of restaurants. My only thing was when it was not opening the window didn’t do it justice and the fan that was supplied was not doing anything

The property was good overall. I didn’t like that it took so long for a property manager to send check-in options, it was all my responsibility to contact him.

I had a disappointing stay at this property. While the convenience of having the central station (LRT) right outside the building is a plus, the surrounding neighborhood is sketchy, and the stairwell leading to the LRT reeks of urine. The building itself is poorly maintained, with only one of three elevators working during our stay. The apartment was stuffy and suffocating, with no proper air circulation and just one small, unscreened window that opens wide enough to be a hazard for pets. It wasn’t very clean when we arrived, and the bedsheets had a hostel-like vibe to them. To top it off, I didn’t receive check-in details until I messaged the host directly on the day of check-in, which added unnecessary stress.

Needs better management

Not enough linens on the place or towels. It looks like the place hasn’t been properly cleaned for a while. No air conditioning, the fan wasn’t working and it was really hot. Also, no blinds by the sofa bed and it was hard to sleep. I had to contact the owner to send me the check in information the day of our arrival.
