Welcome to 4502 Treetops! This fun, clean and comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom, multi-level town house is in the desirable South Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island.



Upon entering the villa, you will find two bedrooms and a full bath on the first floor. The second level has living space with a fully equipped renovated eat-in kitchen, coffee bar, half-bath, and a comfortable living room with a wonderful, covered balcony to enjoy anytime of the year! It's the perfect place to kick back after a day of exploring the Island.

The third level offers a large primary bedroom with high ceilings, king bed and en-suite bath. In addition, a workspace can be found at the top of the stairs for those working remotely.



Ride your bikes or take the shuttle to the popular Coligny Beach Park and Plaza for entertainment, shopping, and delicious Low Country fare. Pack up the beach buggy and walk to the pool or stroll a bit further to the public beach access and spend a day enjoying the sun, sand and surf.



4502 Treetops Villa is the perfect choice for your next Island getaway with its multiple floors, spacious living and great location!

All iTrip Vacation Properties come with a starter kit of toilet tissue, shampoo, conditioner, and soap for each bath and a starter supply of laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish washer detergent, paper towels and sponge for the kitchen. **Please note if you are staying for more than a few days you will need more of these items.



4502 Treetops joined the iTrip collection September 2023 and went under bathroom renovations.



Treetops Community:

Treetops is a beautiful, non gated community, surrounded by natural landscaping, lagoon views and winding trails. It offers 3 non-heated pools which are open April-October and on-site tennis courts that are available on a first come basis.





NEARBY:



The Lowcountry Celebration Park-Hilton Head Island's newest park. The Lowcountry Celebration Park is an adventure playground featuring a reimagined ship, wading pool, Pavilion, fitness stations and restrooms. A must see for all ages!



Bike and walking trails.



Coligny Plaza-Has over 60 restaurants and specialty shops. Memorial Day through Labor Day there are events and entertainment for all! Free parking can be found around the entire Coligny Plaza Complex and is approximately 0.8 miles, 17 minute walk, from the townhouse.



Coligny Theater-Known to have the best popcorn on the Island is also centrally located.

Van Der Meer Tennis Center-offers clinics and daily programs for all ages and hosts many tournaments annually.



Two outlet malls are a 15 minute drive and Historic Savannah is an hour away.

What an amazing oasis

I cannot begin to explain the attention to every detail that was put forth in this location. The house was clean what was staged for us as guest was perfect. The house was so nicely decorated and the guide was perfect we followed every suggestion and we loved it. The location to this Place was central to everything. I cannot wait to come here again. My family and I have decided that this Will be our every 2 year visit. You have left such an amazing impression. Thanks again.

The house was exactly as pictured. Ample bed space and seating area for the family. There are 2 sets of stairs but that worked fine for us. There were a couple minor issues that were taken care of immediately. Would stay again.

A trip away

This is was a great stay but I wasn’t ready for the stairs. There was an elevator but the stairs were closers to the accommodations. The accommodations lived up to its name the view did feel as though you were in the tree tops. Loved our stay the little bit of time we actually spent inside.

HH Summer Vacation 2024

Location is close to the beach, restaurants and children activities! The pool was great! The house was nicely furnished and the beds were comfortable. The inside was nicely renovated.the kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need to prepare a family meal. The location was quiet, I loved sitting on the porch in the morning with coffee. I could hear the sound of the ponds water fountains! Really relaxing week. Great vacation!

March Golf Trip

Loved the condo! It was clean, modern, and comfortable throughout. The only drawback was we arrived after sundown and it was difficult to find our Treetops unit in the dark. Also there are 57 steps from the parking lot to the 3rd floor master suite! There is an elevator to the main deck so if you're going there and not in good physical condition, its best to use the elevator.

Fun Getaway in a Comfortable Villa

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet three-story end unit! The building may be showing its age a bit, but the villa has been totally renovated. It’s cute, clean, and comfortable inside. There’s parking close to the steps to get up to the walkway for the unit. It’s near two of the three small pools in Treetops. The rental agency has great customer service! This villa is right near the bike trails. We rented bikes from Hilton Head Bicycle Company and enjoyed easy rides to the Alder Lane beach access and Coligny Plaza. The highlight of our trip was a great morning out on the water with Captain Campbell Goss of Lowcountry Cowboy Fishing Charters. Hudson’s restaurant cooked up the fish we caught for lunch!

Overall it was nice

The place itself was very nice, close to the beaches and shopping. However getting ahold of the owner/property manager is impossible. The plumbing in the 1st floor bathroom tub overflow drain was done improperly and caused leaking in the unit below. Because of this we had to deal with a rude neighbor downstairs who insisted we drain the tub and take care of the problem. Then we could no longer bathe the children in the tub. Regardless we still had a good time.

Fun family weekend

My family of six, five adults and one teenager fit comfortably in this nice updated condo. The home was spotless when we arrived and the photos are an accurate representation, my only issue with the listing is that the location on VRBO’s map shows the home located inside Shipyard - it is not. It is outside of Shipyard, south of Coligny. Having stayed at Hilton Head before, and specifically in Shipyard, we were a bit disappointed. Nevertheless, we made the most of it and still had a great family weekend. The condo is located near two small pools and the lesser known but very nice Alder Lane Beach access is a short bike ride away. If you want to be where the action is, Coligny Beach and shops is also nearby.

Very Nice Accommodation in an Excellent Location but Included in an Aging Housing Development

Let’s split this review up into four areas: accommodation, pools, location and housing development. Accommodation - very nice; newly renovated. Very cozy. Very enjoyable living space. Everything worked fine. No issues during our 4 night stay. Met our expectations based on photos during reservation. We comfortably slept 4 adults and 3 kids. Pools - there are 3 pools in the Treetop housing development. We used the one closest to our unit. The pool was in excellent shape. The water was pretty warm due to the hot weather. We went to the pool with the kids every day. Very happy with the quality of the pool. Location - great location as it is close to Coligny Beach Park (which we loved) and Sea Pines. Lots of restaurants, stores, and bike trails in area. Very convenient. Trolleys stop close by. Housing Development - there are parts of this development that look and feel aged and a bit rundown. Curb appeal is not great. The streets and sidewalks are decaying. The common boardwalks/walkways that connect the many Treetop units show considerable wear and tear. Could use a paint job. The elevator needs to be cleaned. Smelled bad. The outside impression is in stark contrast to the inside of the unit. Night and day. It does not look like that there is much landscaping care throughout the development. The curb appeal concerned me when I first drove into the development. But the unit was modern and really nice. So that eased any stress or concern.
