This bright and sunny comfortable home offers 3 bedrooms, unlimited internet, Sky TV, Smart TV, plenty of car/boat parking, fish filleting area, large fully fenced back yard and is pet friendly for the 4 legged members of the family! The spacious garage complete with heater, BBQ, fridge/freezer, darts and board games is available for your use.
The bedrooms offer you queens, singles and bunk beds, comfortably sleeping 7. Full size fridge/freezer, heat pump/air con and washing machine gives you all the comforts of home. The clean and tidy garage allows you plenty of extra room to move and is the perfect spot for that sizzling BBQ and games time!
For the keen fisher people there is ample boat parking, hoses for your use and an extra fridge/freezer to store your catch! A sheltered fish filleting area is conveniently located behind the garage.
You are situated 7.7kms from the all tide Sugar Loaf boat ramp, 4.3kms from Long Bay Beach /boat ramp and 8.8kms from Oamaru Bay Beach/ boat - the later 2 dependent on the tide.
