With 1500 square feet (140 sq meters) of space, including an upscale kitchen, this flat is ideal for families and friends or a business travelers remote work location. Work out in the building's gym or relax in the shared outdoor spaces and roof deck then explore Hoboken neighborhoods with plenty of shopping and dining options. A short walk to public transportation that gets to NYC within 15 minutes.

Amenities for residents at the newly constructed property include a 2,000-square-foot common courtyard at the back of the property and a 3,300-square-foot exterior terrace on the second floor. A third-floor gym and a 3,200-square-foot common roof deck including green roof features

The apartment was so clean and updated. We used the fitness center and enjoyed the rooftop views. There were plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. We also walked to the Path each day to explore NYC.

In Hoboken for college graduation. Apartment was great. Large 4 bedroom with 2 great bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Apartment and Area

Couldn’t fault the apartment at all or the area of Hoboken we will be returning !! Beds were very comfortable and the apartment was very clean James our check in host was super friendly and helpful with all our questions

Great value for money

Excellent option for large family or group. The property is very well liked after and management team is awesome! Easy walk to water front, PATH train and light rail (would not recommend walking at night)

NYC weekend

Property was very nice. We enjoyed the rooftop and apt. A 20 min walk to grocery and about a 25 min walk to the PATH. Hoboken had lots to offer.

Nice comfortable space for our group of 9. Enjoyed the rooftop hangout space. Would have appreciated some written instruction for New Jersey Transit options near the home as that took us some time to figure out even with the app. Someone meets you at the home for check in, which is not the most convenient. We ended up waiting to get in because I forgot to give the 30 minutes heads up.

Good Enough

From the listing, Expectations were on par until check-in. Gave a 40 minute notice on arrival time and still waited another 15-20 minutes once on site. Once "checked in" the "greeter" began spraying deodorizer because she thought the unit smelled liked curry. Chairs were still up on the dining table, I'm assuming when the unit was being cleaned. The "greeter" did not have the garage fob or credit card machine to take the additional “deposit”. The fob for entry and Garage access was not given until the evening before check out. Thankfully we just needed a safe spot for our car during our visit to NYC. Not sure why deposit could not have been taken with credit card "on file" and access code via email like so many other places. Should not have had to wait for someone upon arrival. Certainly would not stay again, plenty of other places in the City and cheaper with enough planning.

Great spot

Wonderful weekend! Place was perfect for our needs. Spacious for 8 adults and clean. Within reasonable walking distance to the restaurants/stores and the water - a little over a mile. Rooftop very cool. Parking not so good - communication could be better for options ahead of time otherwise dealing with lack of available spots on the street and rules. There is a public garage a few blocks away. Beds are all double and two twins- don't think that is specified in listing. But the manager responded immediately to any questions or concerns. Overall terrific experience.
