Wave N' Sea is situated in the centrally located SW Cape. Wave N' Seah has a beautiful southern facing canal, close distance to restaurants and shopping, near Pine Island Road with all of its restaurants and shops. The area is a favorite for walking, biking and relaxing.
As soon as you open the double doors, you will be entering a large living room with wonderful views. This home offers tons of space, 2 master suites with patio access and one of them with an en-suite bathroom, the second bathroom is located on the other side of the home and serves as a pool bath. Welcome to Paradise.
This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, 30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, luxury and well-designed open vacation home.
Wave N' Sea features beautiful beachy and light décor, the four bedrooms are fitting for a larger group or multiple families with two king-size bedrooms, one queen room and one bedroom featuring two twin bunk beds.
You also have a designated desk area if you are one of the unfortunate ones who still must work or check emails on vacation but let me tell you What a VIEW.
The Villa can fit up to 10 guests very comfortable with this generous set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space as well as very modern amenities. The kitchen, living room and dining table offer plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of everything.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious island there is sufficient space to make great family memories and not feel separated from your loved ones.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, outdoor shower, al fresco dining with a large table that has plenty of seating for 10 guests, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, enjoying the sun ledge. The built-in bar offers a BBQ (Build in BBQ not Available to Guests we provide a Stand Alone BBQ for Guests) as well as a small outdoor kitchen set up with TV and bar sitting for those game days. You can fish right off the seawall or just watch the passing by boats.
