Other details to note:
1) There is no indoor bath/shower in the bathroom - both of these are outside on the private deck.

2) Guests should expect some noise from the main house upstairs, although the hosts do their best to minimise this.

3) The broader property borders the main road in and out of Oakura, so some road noise is to be expected.

4) Guests will have exclusive access to the guest suite and lower deck. They may see hosts in the lower garden for maintenance, however, they will try and minimise their time there as much as possible during your stay.

5) There is a $30 cleaning fee in addition to the nightly rate.
