Strict BodyCorp rules regarding noise levels both during the day and at night and firm "No Pets" and "No Parties" policy. The onsite Building Managers run a tight ship to ensure residents and guests enjoy a quiet and safe environment.

NO SMOKING or vaping in the apartment or anywhere in the carpark or common areas of the complex. Therefore if anyone in your group is a smoker, this location might not be the right fit for you.
