A Slice of Heaven, This lovely 3 bedroom unit makes you feel at home. It is bright and airy,close to all Old Bar has to offer. Great spot to stay for the Old Bar Festival.
There is a deck off the Master bedroom, for you to sit in the sun and zone out if that is what you need.
You will find everything you require to have a restfull stay here.
So if you are looking for that time to just come and stay to visit your family or enjoy what our region has to offer this is the property for you.

1 x Single Bunk (children 1-10 only permitted)
Bunk beds: In accordance with Australian Standard (AS/NZ 4220:2003) 'Children under the ages of 9 years are not permitted to use the top bunk, children must not play on top bunk'
Within walking distance to the CBD offering an array of amenities including Coles supermarket, medical centre, cafes, club, tavern and more.
Close to Old Beach, skate park and children's playground.
Only approx. 20 minutes drive to Taree CBD & approx. 30 minutes to Forster/Tuncurry, 2 hours from Newcastle and 3 1/2 hours from Sydney.
Linen is not included.
2pm check in, 10am check out
Minimum 3 night stay during the week.

Easy to accommodate 2 couples and 2 under 12yo on bunk beds. Additionally sofa in lounge room converts to double bed. Please refer to bedrooms layout

I would not stay here again and I would not recommend this property. Inappropriate furniture, appliances out dated and not maintained, not clean, mould in appliances and toilet areas, stairs are not mentioned in the brief. What is advertised is not delivered, like fire pit (I seriously doubt it would be compliment with backyard space even if it was winter). No Curtesy products like toilet paper, dish cloths, tea towels, bath mats, hand towels, in fact NO linen at all. Rubbish bins were not cleared from the property from the previous tenants and therefore no room for rubbish. STREET PARKING ONLY. Internet was dismal. Price point was extremely expensive. Positives are that it is large, spacious, and quite. You can see and hear the beach…..I loved that! It is quite close to all amenities that Old Bar has offer and with a little changes this could be an amazing holiday accomodation.

Great for what we needed

We were in town for two nights with two families and the unit had enough space for us all helped by having a fold out couch in the lounge. Plenty of space and a great location.

Double check what is stated about the property

The property details stated "linen provided - beds not made" however 2 days before arrival (just by luck) we were advised that linen and blankets are not provided and had to bring our own. The property details showed "3 bathrooms -towels provided". When we arrived, the only towels were 2 bathmats. We had to use our beach towels as bath towels We had no hand towels for any of the 3 bathrooms. I would not have booked or paid for this accommodation if I had known we had to bring our own linen and bath towels. The property address given was correct, however it was a townhouse and we were not given the exact number. There was no wifi as the modem was not on the property during our stay. The property is not 200 steps to the beach, but it is close. We were unable to find the outside rubbish bins for larger rubbish, I assume these may have been in the garage, but we were not given the keys for the garage and had to park our car in the communal driveway or on the street. We liked Old Bar and will return but we will find accommodation elsewhere next time.
