Imagine yourself relaxing after a day of golf or a swim in the nearby Bracciano Lake in a beautiful green private garden. You can easily plan your day trip to the eternal city of Rome that is only 40 minutes from the villa or perhaps decide to have lunch on the lakeside in Trevignano 10 minutes by car. You can enjoy the garden with a wood barbecue and a glass of wine and after dinner take a pleasant walk to the nearby town of Monterosi for a gelato or espresso. If you prefer not to cook, there are numerous options of restaurants along the lake in Trevigano or in Monterosi or neaby town of Nepi. In the evening you can take a warm bath in the jet tub and sit out on the balcony watching the sunset over the golf course. All the bedrooms and living areas include air conditioning for your comfort and you will find towels in all bathrooms. The residence is pedestrian so you can take a beautiful walk in the peace and quiet without the hustle and bustle of city cars. Before heading out during the day, you can enjoy your breakfast outside on the terrace.

Nous avons séjourné deux semaines en famille dans cette grande maison au sein d’un golf resort à Monterosi. Le cadre est reposant et la maison offre un bon potentiel en termes d’espace. Malheureusement, notre expérience a été gâchée par un manque d’entretien et de suivi.À notre arrivée, la maison n’était pas propre : toilettes du bas sales, vaisselle collante, mobilier extérieur couvert de fientes. Le ménage de départ était insuffisant.Plusieurs équipements étaient défectueux : lave-vaisselle hors service, frigo ancien laissé à l’abandon, absence de micro-ondes, décodeur TV non fonctionnel et climatisation défectueuse dans plusieurs pièces. Les salles de bain sont peu pratiques, avec douchettes encrassées et balais de toilettes moisis.À l’extérieur, l’arrosage automatique est mal réglé, le parking mal entretenu et l’accès compliqué, malgré les indications. Plusieurs résidents se sont permis de nous rappeler que les voitures sont interdites dans le lotissement à plusieurs reprise même pour chargés / décharger nos sacs, ce qui a rendu la situation assez désagréable.La communication avec Tania via WhatsApp est possible et appréciable, mais aucune de nos remarques n’a été suivie d’action concrète pendant le séjour.C’est dommage car la maison est grande et bien située. Avec un minimum de rigueur et d’entretien, elle pourrait offrir un excellent séjour. En l’état, notre expérience reste très décevante. Je mets 2 étoiles.

We are sadened to hear that you were not pleased with your stay and will address some of the points you mentioned. This residence is pedestrian only, and although accessible with a vehicle, it is frowned upon by residents as children, animals and people walk freely not having to worry about cars racing by. The parking lot is maintained by the condo board and unfortunately out of our hands regarding decor. The villa was cleaned a couple of days before the arrival, and we have never encountered cleaniness issues, however, we did offer to send the cleaning staff that day to reassure the state ofvthe hom, but you told us hat it was not needed.Regarding the refrigerator, it is brand new. It is smaller than the larger refrigerator, not accessibile to guests, because since our guests stay a maximum of 2 weeks , the cleanup is easier for a small refigerator.The decoder and the shower were verified by the maintenance man and they work correctly. We did have an issue with the air condition, but it was doubled checked also and functions. In addition, regarding the outdoors, the villa is in the countryside, we cannot control the wildlife for example the birds. The irrigation system can temporarily halted if needed and this was offered as well however I was told it was not needed. Our commmunication was transparent and wecwere available 24 hours. Many concerns were addressed but we were told all was okay. I hope I was able to address all your concerns and safe travels.

Abbiamo soggiornato tra amici due notti in occasione del capodanno.Tutto veramente stupendo.ci siamo sentiti come a casa. L appartamento è dotato di tutto, immerso nella tranquillità e con ampi spazi sia interni che esterni. Torneremo sicuramente!

Capodanno in villa

Ho soggiornato per capodanno in questa villa insieme ai miei amici. Tania è molto disponibile, ci ha anche lasciato una bottiglia di spumante e fatto gli auguri! La villa è come nelle foto, la cucina ha tutto l'essenziale (c'è anche la lavastoviglie) e i letti sono comodi. Consigliata!

Geräumig und alles was man benötigt!

Das Haus ist groß und lässt keine Wünsche die man an ein Ferienhaus hat offen. Die Entfernung zwischen Parkplatz und Haus ist ca. 5min Fußweg, was aber im Rahmen ist. Das einzige was ich anmerken kann, es ist etwas hellhörig. Kommunikation war prima, danke :)

Excelente opción cerca de Roma

La estancia ha sido excelente, la propiedad esta en muy buenas condiciones, perfectamente equipado para pasar unos dias en familia cerca de Roma. Tania es una excelente anfitriona y siempre ha estado al pendiente.
