Nice room, location n Ants
The manager who lives inside the hotel was very nice along with the cleaning lady. Communication with the owner was semi okay at the beginning and seemed to have fallen apart at checking time. Took about an hour to even get processed due to them not having my booking information. Also I had a range for my cousin to come early to stay at the hotel. He did however they did not allow him to stay because they said he did not have my passport. They were told that I was flying in from the United States and he had his own passport and they agreed this was not honored therefore he had to spend 13 hours in the hot heat in downtown saigon. My plane arrived went to the airport taking chicken would be a breeze that did not happen the owner has to be contacted and that took over an hour to just get settled into the room. The room was right in front by the highway and very very noisy very difficult to sleep especially for a traveler coming from overseas. Requested the room to be changed due to the fact that there were bugs and ants inside there for two days . Being a cancer patient I am very allergic to bug bites and it's not good for my house. The second day the manager and the cleaning lady try to clean the room. Unfortunately the ants came back and forth we took videos of them it was very sad and Sydney when I disgusting. They did spray it with bug spray however that morning we left outside bugs n ants in roominaigon. had to spend 13 hours outside in the street
