Welcome to our brand new home. This is a spacious and stylish 3 bedroom home with an open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and 2.5 bathrooms.This house is family friendly and comes with free street parking, wifi, and an office for those late night study sessions. Located in the beautiful community of Rosenthal with only a 10 min drive to the west Edmonton mall, Costco and River Cree Casino is about a 5 min drive.

The space was exactly as described - large kitchen that flows nicely into the dining and living areas. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 bathroom also on main floor). We had some family after dinner at one point and the space accommodated our group perfectly. Parking was a bit difficult but that was only due to the large amount of snowfall. Tolu is a quick communicator and helpful with any questions.

Super clean and functional space

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It's super clean and spacious. The house is functional with everything we need during our short stay. The host is very responsive. We will book again in the future when we come back for a visit.

This house is beautiful! Spotless, plenty of space, and the extras the owner considers are impressive! All the pots, pans and extras to cook our own meals. The neighborhood is a quiet, cute, family community. I read that parking was an issue for some people, but it was not for us. Could not recommend this property more!

Close to the Grant Fuhr arena

We stayed 3 days with the family to watch the opening season of the Saints Spruce Grove. We had a great time at the Stylish Family Friendly 3 bedroom home, we will be coming back! Easy to get around, Costco near by!

Our stay was great! We couldn't ask for better. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the showers were stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There were lots of towels so we never ran out during our four days. The bedding was cozy. There was a spout for fresh water in the fridge and ice in the freezer. The place was very spacious. Everything was great. And the communication with Tolu was seamless. They answered quickly and was always accomodating. We have already decided that we will stay here every time we are in Edmonton.

Beautiful clean house, reasonably priced

This is a large, clean house and has everything you would need. The parking could be difficult but we did always find a spot within a reasonable distance. It is a bit far away from most attractions so you will need a car. The check in/out process was very easy, and interactions with the property manager was also quick and easy. Very happy with our choice.

We had a wonderful stay- the house was spacious, lots of amenities included, price was excellent, house was clean and quiet- it was a wonderful stay! Close to the west Edmonton mall and regular shopping and restaurants. Quiet neighbourhood. And the host was informative and easy to reach- a great experience!

Beautiful and spacious

A very beautiful clean house. My husband usually packs in slippers with the notion that he has to wear them due to the condition of hotels room floors well this time he didn’t have to. The home was close to all amenities, casino, WEM. Previous reviews indicated parking was difficult, however we had 2 vehicles and it wasn’t an issue for us. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. Homeowner was very accommodating and helpful.

The home stay was just that it felt like being at home. The office area was just what I needed to conduct my work. Except for the parking situation where I have a six car parking lot at home and there is only one area in the front street here that is not always available. The garage in the back is just a little to small for my full size truck with a back rack and star link on top.

New, clean, well stocked except we ran out of toilet paper! (& laundry soap as we were there for 15 days. Nice area, quiet, a bit of problem w parking, nothing major. Efficient check in & out.
