Capacity: Our house can accommodate up to 8 guests.

Location: Situated on MacFarlane St, you'll enjoy the convenience of being a mere 5-minute drive from Hobart's city center and the iconic Salamanca Market.

Accommodation: Our house boasts 4 bedrooms, including 2 queen size beds and 2 double size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep for everyone.

Amenities: While the house exudes simplicity, we've thoughtfully provided essential amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave oven, washing machine, and basic kitchen supplies. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Property was large and had everything we could need. Beds were not the comfiest, but not bad for a holiday stay. People staying downstairs could be a little noisy during the day, but were quiet at night when needed. Great value

Great venue, but come prepared

The venue location was great. The views from the kitchen absolutely superb. The beds were comfortable, not a complaint from anyone. The bathroom adequate, but there was only 4 of us. And from here on in its about how 8 people cold possible holiday at this venue. There were 4 Chairs, additional plastic ones but more likely to be used outside. Lounge couch could fit 3 people. Full stop. The kitchen was hopelessly under supplied and could not cater for 8 adults , not enough crockery, glasses or cutlery. We had to buy a fry pan, aluminium trays, a wooden spoon to cook with. There was nothing to cook with apart from a 5lt pot and a small saucepan and a old rice cooker. No wonder the oven and stove top were in such great condition. I have contacted the property owners about these shortcomings and they said they would address them. If you are looking to stay in Hobart - a great tourist destination - just check with the owners before your non-refundable deadline has expired. I would stay there again. Great location, peaceful and relaxing surrounds, just spoiled buy lack of basics.
