Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base in Richmondhill Downtown . It’s a lower lever unit with separate entrance and full privacy.The space offers one bedroom with a new queen sized mattress(new sleep country brand mattress). In addition to one new double sofa bed in the living room.pool table is available for more fun.
walking steps to centinneal community Center (850m, swimming pool) , parks, free tennis court(500m), supermarkets and lots of restaurants.
It’s closed to go station(1 kms).train goes to downtown with fewer stops compare to metro.
Easy access to Walmart (3kms), winners,Dollarama(1kms ) and no frills(2.5kms), Costco(5.6km), Hillcrest shopping mall (3.3kms), banks, huge Vaughn mill’s shopping centre.
