A new holiday home waiting for you!
Fresh sea air just 400m away! Located in the heart of Waihi Beach just a short walk to shops and the beach. Ideal for 1 or 2 families to kick back and enjoy.

Open plan living connects to the large outdoor deck with BBQ, a great space to dine and soak up the summer sun.

The Space:
This property offers three double bedrooms, 1 ensuite, 1 bathroom, pull out queen couch bed in the second lounge. Open plan kitchen with scullery looking out to the large deck area. Fully equipped laundry
Plenty of parking space.

No parties, events, or loud gatherings are allowed on the property.

Wow, just awesome!

This is one of the best holiday houses that we have stayed at in NZ. So modern and clean and close to the beach. Perfect for our family holiday.

Group booking

We had international guests who had never been to NZ come and attend our wedding. We booked 3 of the 4 houses and they were great.Close to the beach, town and wedding venue. They were spacious and well equipped.Would definitely stay again.However if you are wanting a view these do not have one

Amazing home

A weekend away for a group of friends from around NZ.Perfect location and home.Definitely need to visit Flatwhute cafe on a short 5 min walk, the view out to the beach was amazing.

Fantastic home away from home

Loved our stay! Impeccably clean and lovely comfortable beds with quality linen etc… Well equipped kitchen and all the mod cons. Lovely welcoming host. We will definitely stay again.

Gem at Waihi Beach

we stayed for 5 nights from 14th - 19th September The property was exactly as advertised on Stayz sight and we would definitely stay there again. highly recommended. Great location with a short walk to beach and shops. Linen, furniture, appliances in fact everything is of high quality High five to all involved with that property 10 out of 10

Great winter escape

Beautifully laid out and appointed home. All the mod-cons including a top notch coffee machine. Really enjoyed the living spaces with our large family.

Wonderful Brach stay!

Spacious and comfortable for the family. Loved the layout and the ability to create private space. Great bathrooms and bathrooms! Would love to stay there again.

Modern tidy home in a great spot

Enjoyed staying at this property. A modern and tidy home that is located super close to the beach. Would absolutely stay again. Bedding and towels provided as well as rubbish collected. Makes the stay hassle free.

Great place to relax

Lovely stay - very comfortable and well appointed but disappointing to find the 4th "bedroom" was the sofa bed at end of lounge with no sliding door to separate it. But overall very nice.
