Pocono vacay

Great stay with grandparents, adult children and grandkids. Enjoyed kayaking and fishing in the pond and campfires in the evening. Prefect spot for our family to vacation together.

Beautiful house!!

We had a great time in this house. It’s very cozy and fairly maintained. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped.We were a bit disappointed with the fact that we couldn’t use the basketball court (there was a huge tree laying in the middle of the court), and we also were not given the option to use the jacuzzi so if you’re looking for amenities, make sure to communicate with your agent.Overall a great option to have family and friends in Poconos!We enjoyed it very much.

Fall Family Weekend

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The weather was absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the game room, fishing and kayaking! Plenty of room for the 11 of us. We also went to the zoo and enjoyed the evenings at the fire. Beth the property manager was very friendly and knowledgeable.

A successful stay, once more

The property was super, just like last year. It's hard to find any suggestions for improvement; however, the kitchen appliances could use an upgrade. The refrigerator is small, especially if a large group is involved, the stove needs to be calibrated since several of the burners do not respond when you try and adjust them.

Excellent Get Away Spot

The property was beautiful and my group greatly enjoyed the amenities and location. Property management was very helpful and made the whole process easy. I would gladly come back and would recommend it to anyone who is planning to be in the area.

Relaxing weekend getaway

The property is really impressive, and all amenities were as listed. Communication with Beth was excellent; she was clear and responsive, and she provided recommendations for food and activities in the area.

Good for the group, but not luxurious

Overall it’s a great property. It is not maintained well. The floors in some of the bathrooms feel like they are caving in, for the price you pay, you have to supply your own firewood, the one bedroom on the second floor wasn’t advertised as one queen and a race car bed but it is, and finally the property needs some attention for landscaping. The house by the pond is covered in bees, the trees are growing into the path down to the dock, which is also covered is high weeds. Overall a nice property if you don’t need elegance but I’d say is a tad overpriced given the condition.

Excellent.

Beautiful property and a great location. Spacious and clean. The Sonos system (download the app) is a nice touch. Couple of minor issues worth mentioning. Some of the arcade games don't work and the ping table has seen better days. One thing that was a bummer was that the fire pit is located in a drainage area so it was always wet (no recent rain), not unusable, but not ideal. Otherwise this property is fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Great Place for Outdoor Fun

We had a large group of friends stay, and had a great time using the whole property. The pond and surrounding woods are beautiful, and the everyone slept very comfortably! Fully stocked kitchen made for easy cooking, and the pool table was in great condition. We would definitely consider coming back again!

Great Family Getaway

The property offered all that was promised. More than enough to keep four kids fully occupied. Easy to complete rental process and have all questions answered in a timely fashion. Only two suggestions for improvement; 1. see of you can get the pinball machine operating and 2. the stove needs some maintenance, especially the burners.

Fantastic Family Vacation House

Plenty of space for our family of 12 , multi - generations could all enjoy. Beautiful view of the private pond, the kids loved fishing off the dock. And the downstairs game room was a huge hit. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had a blast at the property. Kids fished and played basketball most days when it didn't rain. Game room was convenient for rainy days. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home and location

Beth was wonderful in downloading the area information to us and gave us some suggestions to help enhance our stay. House was beautiful and comfortable! Very much enjoyed the pond - lots of bass and large blue gills in their stocked pond. Great location!
