Please note: Parking is not included due to the inner-city location. Street parking may be available, but it is not guaranteed and subject to local restrictions.

Although parking can be arranged by contacting your host when booking, it is subject to availability and incurs a fee of $15 per night pre-paid in advance. (Vertical clearance: 2 metres – please check your vehicle height before requesting.)



Other Things to Note:

CHECK-IN: Check-in time is from 3:00 pm. Please share your estimated arrival time to help us prepare for your stay. Early check-in may be available on request – subject to availability.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is by 10:00 am. Late check-out can be requested, depending on availability.



GUESTS

- Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in

- Please do not book on behalf of other people.

- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names.



Guest Verification & Damage Deposit

-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 250AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".

-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.

-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.

-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.



HOUSE RULES (NO EXCEPTIONS)

- No pets, no smoking, and no parties allowed.

- No overnight visitors permitted.

- Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am – please respect our neighbours and building guidelines.



AMENITIES

- Essentials such as toiletries, tea, and coffee are stocked at the start of your stay only.

- A digital guidebook will be sent before your arrival, including Wi-Fi login details, building access info, and local tips to help you settle in with ease.



PARKING

- Parking is not included, but may be arranged for $15 per night, subject to availability (2m height clearance).

- Street parking may be available nearby, but cannot be guaranteed. Please check signage.
