*Pets CONSIDERED. We are pet/dog friendly, but must be agreed on prior to booking, so please ASK FIRST about bringing your dog along BEFORE BOOKING! DO NOT INSTANT BOOK WITHOUT DISCUSSING YOUR PET IN DETAIL WITH ME FIRST TO SEE IF IT MEETS OUR REQUIREMENTS!!! We consider one SMALL TO MEDIUM, ADULT, LOW SHEDDING dog. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, must be kenneled while you are away, and leashed and picked up after outside. There is a $25 per night non refundable pet fee.

We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee:
-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees. Please leave A/C running at 70 degrees during the summer months-June through August.
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen. All trash is to be collected and taken to the dumpsters.
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Make sure ALL windows, doors, and sliders are closed and locked.
-(Optional) Please start one load of towels if you have time. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to
the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.
-Take one final look around for forgotten items-cell phone chargers, etc.
-Please make sure all remotes are returned to the designated room.
